It was a good app at first but slowly things started to change.

One day I had placed a bet on anytime try scorer & he scored after 10 mins. I also backed him last try and this won.

The bet was settled as a loser & nobody was there to rectify it until the next day.

I checked all sites & they confirmed he had scored twice on the day.

What annoys me is they initially said they wouldn’t confirm which sites they checked & then did so but all of them had this player as scoring twice.

Long & short if it, this was an attempt to mislead someone that their bet had lost & then to play the victim saying they had checked a number of sites all of which confirmed the player had scored.

It’s also 8 weeks for a complaint to be resolved and it really should take 2/3 days.

It is a shame as it was decent initially.

I won a lot of money on here last year and kept it in kept betting withdrawn it never got my money and then I deposited again the day after thinking it takes sometime to go in won again tried to withdraw then said I can’t contact customer services so I did had to send Aloadof stuff to them now 1 year later they said they have closed my account

Very disappointed with this service, they've restricted my rocket use for no reason

“Your account is under review” by the relevant team
with no time frame or explanation of what the review involves.
Nearly 2 weeks later still under review and cannot login.
£200 in account which I’m not allowed to withdraw.
This is not looking great for getting my money back as there is no point of contact for the “relevant team” or phone number to speak with a human.

All customer service agents do is say

“I've had a look at your account, and I can see it is still under review at this time. Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide any further information regarding this, but our team will reach out to you as soon as possible via email with an outcome when their review is complete - I can't provide a time frame on this i'm afraid.

People can fit a kitchen or bathroom in couple of days with the right resources but this mob yes “mob” can’t review a betting account after 2 weeks.

Dabble got nice features like copy bet from a feed.I won on it and this is nice.Withdrawal is quick takes seconds and rocket is a nice feature as well.
On the other hand there is no loyalty scheme,free bets are very rare and most importantly there is no live cash out and this a reason why I am going to drop 2 stars for it.I have had 5 bets recently which lost on a last game and I couldn't cashout them.
It is still a nice app which focuses only on betting which is great and there is no distraction with casino etc.
When the live cashout will be introduced I will change it to 5 stars.

Horrible, Account is suspended due to safer gambling issue. I have 600£ in the account locked. They have requested documents but the customer support is some of the worst i have ever seen. I’ve stated i can’t provide several ones and in response to every email it’s an automated reply. The team working with me works from 8-4 and within that time frame respond once at best and it’s always an automated reply asking for either the documents or asking for kyc information. If someone with the company sees this i would like an explanation. My account is rightfully in my name, my funds are in the account and if this is a safer gambling issue i should rightfully be able to withdraw my balance of around 600£.

Shocking Company and Customer Service. Don't pay out on winning bets which sit in their 'pending' as won then delete bet saying in was never placed. Small company doesn't like winners. Have suspended my account so I can't withdraw my funds. Avoid at all cost. You will never get your money back. Press and Authorities involved.

Unfortunately when you place a bet on dabble as soon as your bet looses a leg etc it is ended almost immediately but when you win it takes forever to result it's not a coincidence and need to be looked into as it happens more often than none.

For all the negative reviews crying about the verification process..... It's exactly the same at every other UKGC licensed online bookmaker. They have to verify it's your bank account you're withdrawing to for money laundering purposes.

Now back to my review.... Surprisingly for a fairly new bookmaker they have pretty decent odds compared to the big boys. That's why it's always best to shop around for the best odds as it's often that smaller sites like Dabble have way better odds than the big high street brands.

For deposits I'd advise using a bank card as they used a closed loop policy.... Meaning your withdrawals will get sent straight back to your card within hours.
Whereas if you use Google/Apple pay (their other deposit method), you have to do a bank transfer for withdrawals which means you have to go through the full verification process of sending more documents and the withdrawals take much longer.

Overall I'm quite impressed with this site. Clean layout on the app, easy to navigate and very competitive odds.

HOWEVER.... the only thing that confuses me is that with the social side of the app you can copy peoples bets. There's people on there with thousands of followers that get pushed to the top of the social pages and get people to regularly copy their bets.... But they hardly ever win. They win like one 60-100/1 acca a week after placing a billion different bets and then brag about how they're an acca genius. Yet if you put money on all their bets you'd still be down even with a big win. Makes no sense.

Their referral scheme is a scam in my experience. My friend used my unique refer a friend sign up link and their account automatically appeared in my referral tracker page in my account. They placed their qualifying bet but customer support refused to credit my free bet saying my friend must contact customer support and confirm to them that I referred them. How else did their account automatically appear on my account's referral page if I didn't refer them?! It's madness but they are stubborn (avoid Dan from CS)

Using dabble for a while, The sign-up process was quick and easy, and the betting experience has been great so far. Smooth app and no hassle at all.

Constantly getting better odds than with big boys and that is before the additional rocket boosts. Just had a treble for today and 3 points better than Skybet!!

Signed up made a deposit, however somehow managed to make deposit twice, accident on my part. Tried to withdraw the second deposit but dabble refusing to return my tenner until i agree to their verification request. I do not feel confortable agreeing to their request and juat want my tenner back but their responses on email scream amateur bookie, i have accounts with every major bookmaker and have agreed to many different verification requests but i dissagreed with theirs. Just want to close account and get money back but they are refusing...avoid this bookmaker, free bet not worth the hassle

Disastrous company..need your head examined to even contemplate using them…. And watch out for hidden charge for subscription…. Use another for gods sake!!!!

Was quite good until I was slightly ahead (a huge £60 😀).
As soon as I was then the account had been heavily restricted.

Don't know how these bookmakers can advertise legally to be honest.

Advertise placing bets and winning, but as soon as you do win they restrict you.
Lose and they keep you as a customer.

Bookies like these (besides multiple others) shouldn't be able to for me falsely advertise potentially winning.

Scamming company. DON'T BET HERE! They'll happily take your money but not pay out if you win.

I opened an account a few weeks ago and was about 1200 down. I had a few good results on the boxing and ended up getting infront. Then i received a message saying I no longer qualify for free bets, promotions etc, bets extremely low limits, It’s laughable really is, the minute you get infront they come with this nonsense. More fool them as I won’t be putting anymore money back in and they would have got it back x10000000

Dabble is basically the GOAT. 🐐 I’ve been with them less than a week and I’m already convinced the CS team deserves a collective hug. The banter/chat rooms? Absolute scenes. The mods are actually alive and well, throwing out banter and giveaways like theres no tomorrow!

I started with zero deposits (shoutout to those free bets ((keep em' coming :D))), turned them into real cash, and the withdrawal was smoother than my pick up lines :D. First one took less than a day, the next one hit my bank in 30 seconds - I barely had time to close the app! No idea what the haters are yapping about below. I’m staying. Cheers, Dabble! 🍻

Terrible customer service,won 190 from a free 10 pound bet and never received the payment. They need a bank statement to receive money and keep repeating the same automated message when you have a problem.

Terrible company with terrible services. Refuse to let me open an account and then refused to elaborate as to why.
