I’ve been using DadStay and honestly the referral system is one of the smartest features I’ve seen in the vacation rental space. Instead of only hosts making money, regular users can also earn by simply sharing listing referral links with friends or on social media.

What I liked most is how simple and transparent it feels. You create an account, copy a listing referral link, and if someone books through it, you earn a percentage from the booking. The dashboard makes it easy to track clicks, signups, bookings, and earnings.

It’s also nice that hosts still benefit because they keep getting more exposure and bookings, while referrers get rewarded too. The idea feels more modern compared to traditional vacation rental platforms that only focus on hosts.

The platform itself is clean, easy to use, and works well on both web and mobile. I think this referral model has a lot of potential, especially for content creators, influencers, or anyone with a social audience who wants to earn extra income without owning a property.

Definitely worth trying if you travel often or like sharing good vacation rentals with others.

DadStay seems like it’s actually built with hosts in mind. Things are more straightforward, and I like that it doesn’t feel overloaded with hidden fees or unnecessary steps. The overall experience feels simpler and more transparent compared to what I’m used to.

It’s still new, so obviously there’s room to grow, but the direction looks solid. If they keep improving and listening to users, I can see this becoming something really good.
