There is no customer service
Constant crashes
The app doesn't give closest school options or agents other properties so when try main website constantly jams and won't let you go to next page once have filtered it gives on around page 3

Why don't you update your properties when sale is agreed. Wastes time and leads to disappointment.

Why can't I find out about the house you have? I've been looking for Wednesday for a long time, but I can only see pictures, no phone number or address.
I wrote a letter yesterday, I'm looking for a rental house near .... or is it just to make fun on my...This company places ads but laughs at me because I can't get info from them, they don't reply to emails...

Nice descriptions of homes. They usually give distance location from towns.
I'm looking into purchasing a home in Ireland. The Irish banks to get a mortgage, age discriminate, depending on your age, to receive a 30 year mortgage. Its calculated up to the age 70 years old.

I plan to offer an equal amount in dollars to Euros. So $100,000 offered for 100,000 euros, home asking price. So why isn't the dollar equal. This movement will hopefully, help everyone buying a home and our dollar in the states

Avoid at all costs
I am a cash buyer and have been trying to contact these guys for several properties. They never reply. Not sure where the problem is.

I achieved a very good price and their fees were extremely competitive. They kept me informed at all times and this was during Covid with all its restrictions. I highly recommend Wyse for House Sales.

Guess what - new price €279.
I didn’t proceed and closed their app
On my system .
Nearly 4 times the price it was .
I contacted them by email to tell them
They are ripping people off with these

Get rid of the rip off merchants and shop around - you’d be daft alright to pay those

The price to place an ad is beyond ridiculous, and is plain gouging. What was €45 a few years ago now costs €135.

For my ad, I selected the option not to be contacted by email. Obviously this option doesn't work as my inbox filled up.

Also the address shown online when I entered my eircode had errors and caused a lot of confusion.

Price going up, quality going down unfortunately

I have spent two days communicating with customer services, nice person Jenny, apparently. Advert I placed did not have the nice pictures I sent.
I asked for refund as I was not able to add pics from my phone.

I was emailed confirmation of refund.. Delighted, as now I could resubmit my advert, this time checking BEFORE payment that all pictures of property were included.

Phew, I was happy all good, made payment, success..

Now checking status of my advert. I was Saddened to see.. My pics were EXCLUDED AGAIN, only one more picture made it in.. Guests need to view the property in detail before they decide to commit.

This is critical aspect of the advert and decision making process I believe.

Now I have resigned myself to have been duped by another money focused rather than customer satisfaction driven operation. Also.. No sign of that refund in my account!!
€15.00. NOT WELL SPENT..!

€1 for basic 3 month ad increased to €14.99!
Daft used to charge €1 for a basic 3 month ad which was great value. However, they have now put their basic ad cost up to €14.99 which is a 1400% increase!! This is also without even advising customers in advance of this change. I always felt €1 was too little in fairness but to do such a jump in one go is more than unfair...

Terrible service. I paid €395 for an add that I wasn’t told would have an expiry. Daft introduced a time frame recently on adds and have just removed my €395 add from their site. I’m now in contact with my bank to get a chargeback raised. Also the property listed for sale didn’t have any genuine enquiries considering the price of the add. It was all fake accounts and email addresses pretending to be genuine enquiries and it also attracts a lot of scammers I’m been made aware of now

What a frustrating company to deal with. I am discussed with the support indifferent.
Trying to change email address is nightmare.

Absolutely appalling. Took €135 but never placed my rental advert. Phone calls go to a voice message loop for 30 seconds and the call is then cancelled. No reply to emails sent to their "support desk".
They're a disgrace, don't waste your money placing an ad with them.

Customer service insufficient. Owed money and not able to get it back. I think Daft urgently needs competition as they have a monopoly. Maybe somebody should set up a similar business and compete.

Don’t recommended at all. They never reply, I sent so many emails and nothing. Not one single reply.

It is not possible to wait so much for one Studio to rent in Dublin.
I sent 40-50 mails and in one month nobody answer me !
I don't suggest this site.
