Made in USA? Shipped from China, came with no insoles, uncomfortable but did get better. Worn 5 days a week, 4 hours at a time on smooth concrete floors, soles worn through & uppers splitting away from soles. Contacted Dallader they said out of 30 day warrantee so no return, then offered me 10% discount off aq new pair. Disgrace

I ordered size 13 w U.S. It took about six weeks. They fit like a size 10. They said ship them back. It would cost 20 dollars. I only paid 60. No size marking on shoes. Worst customer service ever. Will never order from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes 14 wide and received the wrong size. Contacting the company is of no use as they said I would need to return the shoes at my cost to China (about $20). All that was offered was a 10% discount on future purchases. Since they could not get the order right, offered no refund for their mistake, and the shoes were of a lower quality anyway I will not be taking them up on their offer.

I purchased a pair of shoes. I ordered a size 13 to make sure they fit. They didn’t! They want to charge me $20 to return, I won’t. Poor customer service. Never again.

Terrible quality. I put it on once then said not going to wear it again. Feel very uncomfortable. They are not taking it back. No refund. Please stay away from their products.

Pair came with 1 boot half size bigger than other.
Tried to return but they are not interested .Told me to keep them and they would give me 35% back when I went to claim it they would only give 10%
They are fake .. made in China and wanted me to return them to china at my expense for 10%.
Not made in USA as stated and there is no returns policy. Can get same ones on internet for half the price.

Order some shoes still waiting told me wait 2 3 days i did still no shoes told me again to wait 2 or 3 days again say they told me that already responded bad

What a joke. I ordered 2 pairs of hiking boots, and got sent two entirely different brands of boots than I ordered. The black pair has the letters 'KKK' on the outside of each boot and on the tongue of the boot. Seriously? They responded and told me that is the values of their company: Knowledge, Kinetic, and Kindness. I'm disputing the charges on my card.

Whatever you do don't buy from this seller. You will most likely not get the product you are made to believe you are ordering.. I ordered and paid for a Motorcycle boot and was sent a inferior quality and unsuitable dress boot instead.
When I tried to address this with the seller they claimed this was somehow my fault..but offered me $5.00 or a 10% discount if I kept what they sent and order again.
They have repeatedly refused to allow for a refund or exchange.
So their iron clad satisfaction guarantee is an out right lie.
Because what they are doing is illegal I will be reporting this company to the Australian consumer affairs for breach of fair trading laws.

This company is fraudulent and doesn’t operate in the best interest of the customer. Not only did “they” send me the wrong size from what I ordered, they refused to supply me with a return postage for the correct exchange. In fact, I was told to “Give them to a friend that fit and to reorder with a $3 coupon towards a new purchase”. I have stopped payment and have contacted Klarna to ask for a refund…Buyer Beware!!!

I bought a pair of so called Motorcycle Boots off Dallader, they offer no protection all. I purchased a pair of these Boots which arrived recently. They are being falsely advertised because they are NOT genuine Leather and there is also NO Toe Protection. The lace system is rubbish, it will cost the equivalent of 20 US Dollars to send them back if they don't fit or you don't like them.

I recently bought a pair of Dallader ‘motorcycle’ boots. I quickly noticed that there is no toe protection or ankle protection on these boots.
Dallader state ‘full grain leather’ but then confirm by email that they are NOT made of real leather, they are manufactured from thin man-made ‘PU fake substitute leather’ material.
(Confirmed to me after purchase by Dallader).
Zips are poor quality and would easily pull down in a riding accident.
The ankle material folds shown in the listing pictures actually consist of one big fold across the top surface of the boot, not evenly positioned on left and right boots.
NOT recommended to be worn when riding a motorcycle as they would not be safe.
Tried to reason with Dallader for a refund, after several emails I was offered an $8 refund and told that I would have to pay full return shopping costs to China if I wanted a refund.
These boots are wrongly described and of no use for motorcycle riding (unless you want to accept the risk of injury in an accident).

Worst company ever! Advertises to be made in the USA but made in China. The letters KKK in red on the tongue is not what is illustrated otherwise I wouldn’t have bought them for that fact alone. In order to get a full refund you must pay shipping back to China and then and only then they’ll refund only if undamaged. Someone needs to investigate them for fslse advertising. This is a real review from a very unhappy buyer!!! 😡

Do not buy any boots from these guys the quality is poor and the sizes are not the size they promise you will waste money and time I ordered my boots on 08/12 24 just got them today to find out there like a size 10 I ordered size 13 there not what they say better off going to a shop get what your pay for

Terrible, sizing was way off, and no matter what it says on there site, or facebook, they dont take stuff back because, surprise surprise, they are not a company from USA but from China, and thats where they ship from.

Dallader show a video of one make of boot and send a different one to you made in China. Cannot get satisfaction from their service department. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
