Sent me wrong Boots need to pay postage to send back to China. Sent these boot instead of correct as think they trying to get rid of these boots and know not many going to pay postage back to China.
Totally disappointed.

NO RETURNS unless you agree to pay postage to China. And no refund until they receive them back.
Shoes definitely not my size!! This is a scam unless you are lucky and get the right size by chance!!

They advertise they are an American company and boots are made in USA. I bought a pair of tactical boots. When I checked with the bank, I discovered the company is chinese. The Dallender website has been shutdown. I wonder what I will receive, if anything?

The boots arrived today. They are comfortable and do fit. My complaint was with their advertising. It was misleading at best. I was trying to support an American manufacturing effort.

Warning Do not buy from this company. Advertised as American shoes but just cheap knockoffs. Web site says no hassle return ,money refunded within 14 days but all they offer you is $3.Shoes were the wrong size and very poor quality.I ordered 2 sixes larger than I wear and can’t get my foot into the shoe

I would give this company a 0 if I could. I bought my husband shoes from a facebook advertisement that had a logo "made in America" and "No Hassle free returns". The shoes are instead made and shipped from China. The shoes I got (2 Pair) were the wrong size. one pair one of the shoes was smaller than the other, the second pair were UK size and not US size. Upon contacting the company it took them 7 days and 2 email for them to even reply, then they offered me $3 to keep the wrong size shoe, I pushed back and they offered $5 and finally $8 as a final offer. If I want a full refund they require me pay to send the shoes back to China where they will be inspected and if able to return to stock I will get a refund at some point. I am not sure I trust them to refund my money because they have lied in their advertising and been so difficult to buy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

This company is a scam, they advertise easy returns if not satisfied with their product but they fail to mention they are located in China and do not have a phone number to call them. They advertise that they are selling orthopedic footwear at half price but the quality of what is being sent is simply low-cost products.

I tried to begin a return within minutes of receiving my sandals when I found they didn’t fit me and I emailed them in accordance with their website instructions.

This began a series of emails back and forth with their final one telling me, “It is recommended that you give it as a gift to a friend or family member who fits this size. As compensation, we are willing to offer you a $3 refund and you can keep the product. If you want to return or exchange the product, you need to pay the shipping fee yourself, which is not cost-effective best wishes Customer service team.”

I have now researched this company and discovered this is their standard response to people trying to do a return for a refund, you can see some of the reviews for yourself on Trust Pilot as well as on ScamAdviser.

This has now forced me as well as others to begin a dispute process via PayPal and hopefully we will get our refunds.

This is the worst company to deal with, avoid like the plague. The quality of the boots are terrible, the eyelets broke the first time I wore them, now the company refuse to refund because they've been worn. Offered $8 refund and told me to keep the boots, what a joke, the boots are worthless. DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS

The shipping time was 13 days, and I received the shoes I spent $59 on. I have worn them for three days and I feel very comfortable. I have recommended this to my comrades. I will continue to pay attention to the merchant and hope that he can continue to make excellent products. I will still buy it.

Just got mine yesterday and they are great!
I'm off to europe tomorrow and will be using them on hikes and walking on cobble stone streets in Scandinavia.
So glad I got these and they arrived fast!

HORRIBLE pair of boots. I am SHOCKED at how fast these boots literally FELL APART!
I have holes and slits in the bottom of it and I don’t walk more than like 2-3k steps a day in them at work.
DO NOT BUY THESE BOOTS.
THEY ARE NOT “MADE IN THE USA” as they claim. Keep your money!!!

I received mine a couple of days ago and so far so good. I might order another pair. We'll see in a few months. The only problem I had was when I orders them, I didn't know when they were going to be delivered. So, when you order them just be patient and they will get there when they get there!!

Got mine recently. So far they are the best I can remember ever having. I do a lot of hiking with a bad big toe. Does not hurt in these boots. I regretted ordering my actual size 10 after I sent the order off thinking I should have gone larger to make sure there was enough room with heavier socks on but was almost shocked with how good they fit. Perfect!

I made a big mistake complaining these boot were a scam. I was completely wrong and got my boots the other day. I really like these boots too. Very light wt feel good on the feet and got some socks with them. They are a tiny bit tight but I think they might break in just fine. If not l'll wear the socks that came with them. Again I'm sorry for the terrible post I wrote before. I really like these boots.

Size to small ordered 14 got a 12 and not wide. came in bag that was damaged,and shoes damaged.

I just got a pair of these boots. I have an extremely hard time finding shoes wide enough for my feet.
Right out of the bag one of the most comfortable boots or shoes I've ever wore.
Great product.

Exactly as others have stated, completely wrong size sent, then offer you $3.
Do not buy from this bunch of con artists.

I just bought 3 pair of these boots and have worn all 3. They are the best feeling boots I bought in years and they are sized right for your size. So just order your size color and wide width if you need that and they should fit. Also the price was great $49 came to $130 for 3 pair. You put them on lace them up and zip the zipper, then unzip the zipper to take them off and don't have to bother with the strings anymore. Great boots so happy and glad I bought them.

Just received my pair today.. they look really nice. Need some break in time to tell if they are gonna be comfortable. Also a shout to their customer service...I ordered the wrong color and after emailing them they made the change for me and the corrected color was delivered.
