DON'T TRUST THEM!!!They ship everything from CHINA, and it will take weeks to arrive. The return progress is also painful and they will ask you send back to china with tracking, and they do not refund even they acknowledge the package is received.

Cheap Garbage. Useless Customer Service.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Their products are assembly line fast fashion crap (did not know this when I purchased).They were not up front about their estimated shipping time. I reached out to the completely useless customer service and asked if they could either expedite or cancel my order. The email response was just repeatedly unhelpful and sending me links to their shipping policy. I am now trying to get a full refund and they are not even willing to cover return shipping of their own cheap crap, they're trying to charge me an extra fee on top of it.

Beautiful products and service
Their products are beautiful and their customer service really helpful. I don't love that their stuff ships from China, but honestly, I love the pieces so much, they are good quality and very flattering, that I willl be buying more from them.

I recently purchased “A Game Without Losers”. The checkout process was quick and easy only taking a couple minutes.The book itself is a PDF and it was delivered almost immediately. Not worth the stress
I bought four items, three of them were great. One of them the quality was very poor, there was fraying on the ends of the tie around the neck. And honestly a lot of the stuff feels like it’s gonna fall apart after one wear. I contacted this agency on Instagram because that’s where I bought the items. I requested a refund. The refund request is still pending and I sent it in January of this year. Don’t purchase from this agency if you have any concerns about needing to exchange items or refund anything. I’d rather purchase something way more expensive and know that if I need to exchange or refund something, I’ll actually have Customer Service respond to me. Their lingerie isn’t even that inexpensive anyways. Suggest a hard pass.

The product took ages to arrive and…
The product took ages to arrive and when it did it was faulty. Returns go via china (cost me £18 to send stuff back) or they offer a 30% refund rate if you keep the items to 'save you time and money', which is an absolute con! I would avoid this company like the plague.

Would give zero stars if I could. Paid £60 for an item that is unwearable rubbish, with one strap markedly shorter than the other. Unable to get any response from the company regarding a return. Shocking.

Shocking quality and an impossible…
Shocking quality and an impossible returns process. The return I shipped back to China (which cost me 1/3 of the price of the item which was not cheap, and of course my responsibility financially) was never picked up so the shipping company charged me again! Would not recommend to my worst enemy, and the last time I’m buying something advertised on Instagram - at least I have learned a lesson.
