damm company must be worst ever there good at fly tipping just think they can go anywhere and leave a mess

Just had Paul and Gary out to us to fix a problem our council couldn't fix. The guy could have not been any more friendlier they talked through everything they were doing and they are coming back to do a proper clean well done Paul and gary you both were amazing.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is an update on my previous review.I am in an Upper Managerial Role myself and am saddened that my review was misread. The Onsie Workers/ Staff Do An Outstanding Job, despite the recent poor weather conditions.
I don't wish to name names, but Two Male Office Managers and Female Office Staff should go on an Interpersonal study course. Their Attitude and lack of care towards those on site is below the standard I would accept. I would also suggest that Management Staff And Office Staff should go on site for one/two days with those onsite workers, so that they gain a better understanding of what is involved on each job and in turn give those onsite the Respect they deserve instead of moaning and telling them to hurry up on jobs. Bonus' which are given to the office staff should be given to those that are actually doing the work, sometimes in difficult and potentially dangerous situations.

I don’t normally write reviews about services I receive (good or bad) however on this occasion I felt the company deserved some praise. I contacted Damm, and they arrived the following day and fixed a long-standing drainage problem that I thought half my garden would need digging up to fix. They cleared the blockage within an hour or two and left the garden as they found it. If I had not been present, I would not believe they had been there. Because of their professionalism I have used them on two further occasions (not such large jobs) and they were just as efficient. The team who carried out the work were a credit to the Company, friendly, courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend DAMM.

Great response from Damm Environmental!
We called Damm Environmental to assist us with overflowing office toilets. They responded immediately and had their operatives on site within 1 hour and carried out a camera survey, jetting and obstruction removal from sewer pipes. The staff were well equipped, professional and courteous. We would gladly recommend calling Damm when you are in the 💩

DAMM completed a high-pressure water jetting and drainage job at our smallholding, where we were converting an agricultural shed into stables.

The DAMM team installed a new internal drainage system and redirected two downpipes that had previously been spilling onto the ground and flooding the area around the stables. They're drainage solution has transformed the area around the stables, it's no longer the mud bath it was over the winter!

DAMM then used specialist equipment and cleaning products to jet-wash the shed's concrete floor and steel walls, both inside and out. The result was a thorough clean that not only improved the appearance but also made the space much safer and more suitable for housing our horses.

The two operatives on-site were professional, efficient, and friendly - exactly what you want when work is being done on your property. I was really impressed by how quickly they worked and the significant difference the power washing made.

I highly recommend DAMM if you're looking for reliable, drainage or cleaning services from a friendly team. We're planning future work on our small holding and some conversions of out buildings - DAMM will be our first call when the time comes.
