Si può sapere dove si trova la spedizione RS917978016DE? Partita il 16 novembre con mail di conferma ed al 25 novembre ancora nessuna notizia! E su tutti i siti di tracciamento le info sono discordi e nessuna possibilità di scrivere mail a quella preposta come mail di assistenza.

As the last review . Big problems with refunds . Returned an item 3rd sept
Contact them 5 times to get automated messages after 6 weeks email to advise I would be opening an PayPal case . Once this was opened, sell delayed replying to PayPal still not got my refund and it now November!! It’s only now PayPal are involved and that the seller is refunding.
There is no excuse for this kind of service .
They are just holding everyone’s money longer for there own gain . No one has a delay of 2-3 months !!!
This is an embarrassment to then cause hardship for customers who are struggling too!!! . I am a single parent and was awaiting the Refund to purchase another item.
This in turn caused problems above and for my 16years daughters first day in her dance collage . Be careful people if you purchase and have to return be prepared for a very very long wait for your money back .

It would all be for nothing anyway .
You could quite easily have delt with this once the case was opened . It does not take 2months to locate a return . If you was that bothered about your customers and Have the tracking date of return etc how can you not even try to locate the return to refund . I own have owned my own business before and know enough with delays with delivery’s or refunds . I refund as orders come back in to me . Your company could quite easily have up dated your website to advise refunds would take longer than 14 days and up to 2-3 months ,It’s not that hard .
At least that would give your customers an option to purchase else where due to your delays .
There is not excuse for this type of behaviour as this does not show you care at all .
We are just £s to you not a customer .
I have been in customer service 30 years and never see this lack of decency.
We are the ones that keep your business open remember!!!

If I could give no stars I would. First of all the delivery was very very late, by which I had to call everyday to ensure someone was actually dealing with it and finally it was dispatched. (The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice) By the time it took for them to send it out I had already brought and received the items from another website.
My second issue then come with their extremely long refund time scale. I was told it would take a little longer due to COVID which I understand, but the parcel arrived at Dance Direct on the 1st October and I am still yet to receive an acknowledgment that they have my parcel and are processing my refund. Again I have chased this just to be sent the same generic email that it is taking longer due to COVID. Would definitely not recommend due to the length of time it had taken for my delivery and for a refund

Great skirt. Proper RAD character skirt . Good size guide. Refreshing that it went up to the required size. We had tried buying a skirt that looked similar from another vendor but was so much smaller, shorter and entirely different in style when it arrived. Thanks - it was a relief to find the real thing. This was the only seller I could find offering up to a size 30-32 inch waist.

Unfortunately on this occasion the customer service was not up to scratch. I returned the item as it didn't fit within the time guidelines but it took me 2 months and 2 complaints before I got my money back.
I needed dance shoes within just over 2 weeks. Website showed a number of items that when put in basket the prices more than doubled. I realise that different sizes incur different prices but, when I checked, all sizes came in at the inflated prices. Very misleading to tempt customers that way. I did find a suitable pair of jazz trainers available in stock in my size with delivery shown as lead time of 5-7 days. Have now received an email - over a week later- saying they were not in stock. Their website stock size availability is obviously incorrect and I cannot understand why it has taken them so long to let me know. Now too late to get any alternative shoes (they suggested ordering a different style) and I really needed some. Hopefully they will be quicker to refund me. Overall a really bad experience.
Très déçue. Je pensais commander en France et être livrée sous 5 jours. J'ai été livrée 15 jours plus tard, l'article taille petit et j'apprends 1. que seul l'article me sera remboursé (pas les frais d'expédition), 2. depuis 3 jours (je n'avais pas reçu l'article à cette date, alors que cela aurait dû être le cas), l'article ne peut plus être réexpédié en France et doit être renvoyé au Royaume-Uni... à mes frais ! Autant dire que je ne vais pas m'en sortir au prix d'un Colissimo. Je comprends les nouvelles contraintes liées à la crise sanitaire, mais pas l'absence totale de communication sur les conséquences sur les commandes et retours. Première et dernière expérience chez DanceDirect. A mon grand regret.
Very poor service. Still waiting for delivery after 18 days. My parcel wasn’t addressed properly so wasn’t delivered. Despite several emails I’m still awaiting my items & have had no response from dance direct.
Very poor customer service. Placed an order of 4 items. 3 items were delivered in 2 different shipments, a few days apart. I emailed to find out what had happened to the fourth item - no response. I called to follow up. Apparently the item was out of stock, but showing as in stock on the website. No one thought to inform the customer and my daughter has now had 2 lessons with no ballet shoes. Was offered a refund, which I accepted. I'm yet to receive a refund for the missing item, or a confirmation that a refund is in progress. Won't be using again. Very unprofessional.
I ordered tap shoes and throughout the entire process i was notified of every step. The shoes were delivered as soon as possible and they were as expected. I was very happy.
Depuis de nombreuses années ,je commande les demi- pointes et les collants pour notre école de danse. J'ai aussi commandé des costumes. Jusque là, j'ai toujours eu un très bon accueil, de très bons conseilset des délais de livraison treès bien. Maintenant Dance Direct n'existe plus,il faut voir la facture. plus de conseil,les prix sur le site ne correspondent pas à ce que vous allez payer, les tailles n'en parlons paset plus d'avantages écoles.bref je déconseille fortement.

First order was late and had to chase to find out where it was. Returned an item for exchange on 3 Aug and still waiting for exchange to be processed 19 days later. After contacting customer services several times I have had unhelpful and rude responses, mainly saying they are short of staff and implying I need to have more patience, I can only give 2 stars!!
Only resolution to get the exchange item quicker is to make new order and pay for delivery again. Very unsatisfactory
Real shame, products are nice but the current service levels are way below standard.
The goods arrived within a few days as per the email information. I ordered a size 8 UK ( I'm normally a 7 ) as some previous reviews said they were small sizings. They got fine. They are lighter than they look and comfortable to dance in.
My only concern is that the inner sole is loose ( ie not stuck down) and I did wonder if this is how they were meant to be?
Really disappointed to discover that their next day delivery is actually only next day if the order goes through before 2pm. Obviously that was not specified when you select the £5 next day delivery.
Shoes are too small, would help if they showed reviews on the website so I can see what other people are saying, so I know what size to buy in future.
Fast delivery, great quality products. Would definitely order again for my dance and cheerleading club!
The return/exchange process was very annoying and time consuming. 14 days required for an exchange is too long. When I called to ask some questions, the person I spoke to was not very helpful. Although the return/exchange was not great, the product itself was very high quality and a great price for such good quality. Hence the 3 stars.
