Awful customer service. I was sent the wrong shoe size twice in a row! It took over 3 weeks to receive the exchange. The staff were incredibly unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Horrible service. No contact, no responses to email, no updates to order, just nothing. I placed an order on 18 Sep for a pair of bloch criss cross sneakers, because it said 2-3 days delivery and my daughter was desperate for a new pair. As soon as the order was confirmed, I received a separate email to say they were out of stock with estimated delivery now w/c 07 Oct. No updates received after this date. I emailed to ask for an update on my order, or a full refund on 16 Oct, still no response. I have had to get new shoes from a different store. Avoid any purchases here if you value your money. Just horrible. What a way to treat paying customers.

Appalling customer service. I ordered dance trainers and paid £6.99 for delivery. 10 days later I emailed to find out where my order was. No response. I called after 12 days to be told that they were out of stock. No one has been in touch. No apology from the girl on the phone either. Will not use again.

Ordered my daughters ballet uniform, order been sent really fast, next day was here. Everything was great.
Tights had a lovely smell which I adored, I was surprised with it. Can you tell me what essence is this? I want all of our clothes to smell so great!!!Thank you :)
I ordered two pairs of ballet slippers just before lunch on the 25th September, and they came through my letterbox at lunchtime on the 26th September.
They were exactly what I wanted, at an excellent price, and a perfect fit.
That is service par excellence!
So impressed with the service I received from Dancewear Central. The product I was interested in was competitively priced with free postage. Online Customer Services were helpful and informative, I submitted my order early Monday evening and received it within 48 hrs. A very speedy and efficient service, highly recommend.

Placed an order well in advance for an order to be processed and delivered. Apparently they do no check orders before released to delivery providers and in case of errors is to the costumer responsibility to call and ask them to check and do the job correctly. No costumer update of the order or any costumer communication at all. To get the order in the time line I have been advised to pay over £10 to be delivered.
Informed the manager Natasha that this is not an sustainable approach for a business. Unsatisfied with the service.

I placed my order on a Monday afternoon with standard delivery and my shoes arrived the day after- brilliant service. When I found that the shoes were too narrow for my feet, I phoned customer service and they were so helpful in advising me on a more suitable product and how to go about organising an exchange.

I find the service from Dancewear Central just exceptional , I ordered shoes on a Tuesday evening and they arrived at my door in Ireland at 8.45 on Friday morning with duty ,vat etc all pre paid . I've dealt with them before and found the same and will buy from them again .

My parcel was lost by a courier, the customer care team at Dancewear central was very quick to reply to my email about the issue and they sent a replacement within a couple of days. This is an example of great customer service, thank you!!

Will never use again bought an item returned it asked for next size to be sent apparently after 3 phone calls was told that there was extracto pay which was fine just wished I had been informed that they wanted the payment on previous calls they have had returned item sincev19th Jan I called again today paid the extra amount wonder how much longer I will have to wait for its arrival appalling and they said they had tried to call me funny
no missed calls and e mailed me no e mail in inbox or junk will use planet dance in future.

Chaussures commandées il y a déjà plus d'1 semaine, argent débité, commande soit disant expédiée mais absolument aucune info d'une éventuelle livraison... Aucun numéro de suivi de colis, pas de date de livraison... Je ne souhaite qu'une chose maintenant, c'est arriver à me faire rembourser ma commande !!!
2ème avis après réception de ma commande : commande bien reçue en une quinzaine de jours. Merci pour la réactivité.
Par contre, un bémol pour la qualité du produit par rapport au prix... J'espère que les chaussures tiendront le coup et ne se détérioreront pas trop rapidement.
Mais la commande est bien arrivée !

Having purchased a pair of tap shoes that appear to be faulty. I contacted customer services as my daughter had only had the tap shoes for 6 weeks and only tap dances for 30 mins a week.
I received a very poor reply basically telling me they are budget tap shoes?!?!
I replied to the email to query this and no reply!
I’ve followed up again - no reply!
Absolutely appalling customer service and shocking that it seems that I’d need to replace tap shoes after 3 hours of wear?!?!
Great ethos towards the world’s climate crisis!

Ordered some tights for next day delivery as daughters dance show is coming up.
First of all, Parcelforce are a terrible delivery company and are notorious for bad service.
I knew delivery was expected Thursday, so was in all day at home.
Nothing.
I check my emails to then look for tracking and it says an attempt was made. I checked my cameras and no attempt was made.
No calling card left.
I email dancewear and understandably don't get a response until today.
In the meantime, I call parcelforce to find out which post office my parcel has been sent to.
I get a response this morning from dancewear Central who give me a closed answer saying attempt was made at 2.08pm. With nothing else. Shocking customer service, despite me already telling them no attempt was made.
The footless tights i ordered in flesh colour are not flesh. They're a light pink colour. Misleading and now I'm having to scramble to find alternatives.
Avoid this company. Bad customer service, misleading photos on website and they use parcelforce who don't attempt delivery.
Excellent shoes, superb fit. Ordered and delivered within 24 hrs even though I opted for free postage as was quite happy to wait a few days for delivery. Highly recommended.
I had a question about my order after I had placed it. This was picked up and answered within an hour or two. The shoes all arrived the day after placing the order. Great to receive such excellent service.
