A Great Conversation
I was delighted to be invited to take part in Adam's What Do You Do? podcast series. From the outset, Adam was incredibly organised, sending over the interview questions in advance and taking the time to have a chat beforehand, which helped me feel well prepared. Despite this, I was still quite nervous on the day, as podcasting was a completely new experience for me.
However, Adam immediately put me at ease, and the interview quickly felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal recording. He gave me plenty of space to talk about my work as a personal stylist and showed a real interest in what I had to say. In fact, I think even Adam was surprised by some of the directions our conversation took, which made the discussion feel authentic and engaging.
Adam was also incredibly professional when my cat decided to make both a vocal and visual appearance during the recording. If you listen right to the end, you'll hear some rather enthusiastic meowing!
Before publishing the episode, Adam made sure I was completely happy with the recording. He also went above and beyond with promoting the podcast once it was released, exceeding everything he had promised. The episode gave me a fantastic opportunity to showcase what I really do, and I saw an increase in enquiries as a direct result of taking part.
