I have contacted Olivia for bespoke orders on a couple of occasions now and I cannot fault her help and advice. Emails are returned promptly, all questions are answered thoroughly and her personal expertise and advice is thoroughly appreciated. Thank you once again Olivia for a straight forward, enjoyable experience when ordering personalised items that aren’t on the website. I never feel my asks are too much :)

from the moment I went into the Grimsby store with only an idea for a bracelet charm for my girlfriend's birthday I knew I was in the right place, the staff have all been so lovely and helpful, adding to the excitement of coming up with a custom charm based on a tattoo photograph. Communication has been spot on and the girls in the shop seem to share my excitement and delight with the now finished charm, which I am delighted with. Thank you Daniella Draper and Co. 😊

I have purchased a number of pieces from Daniella Draper Windermere, over the last couple of years. The whole experience, from the attractively set out store, to the beautiful jewellery displays, to the fabulous team who work there, are wonderful and I have found each trip to the store a pleasure. Each piece that I have purchased has been personalised, and the team spend a lot of time ensuring that your order is perfect. A big shout out to Hayley, and Charlie in the Windermere store for their exceptional customer service and Amelia in the workshop for ensuring my timelines were met. Outstanding Customer Service & Workmanship, I would highly recommend.

Visited the Beverley store in order to purchase a gift for a friend . Staff (Harriet) was extremely helpful, assisting me in my choice of purchase and was very polite. Would purchase again from this store

My sister had a problem with the catch on her gold bracelet, it broke one she had it repaired and then it came free again and she lost it . The bracelet was very special to her.
I popped into cleethorpes store to see if they could do anything, the staff were so pleasantly helpful. Two weeks later they rang and said they would replace it free of charge to include postage.
True to their word the bracelet arrived.
I can't praise Daniella Draper enough.

I went into the Beverley store to spend some vouchers from my birthday. I was kindly helped by Harriet who was very patient as I was trying to decide what to buy. I ended up with a lovely ring and bracelet. Thankyou ☺️

I have just received my newest piece which is a stunning stone encrusted gold cross. As always the customer service was excellent, my parcel was beautifully packaged & arrived quickly given it was specially made by the amazing workshop team & lastly I absolutely LOVE it!

Daniella’s jewellery is just gorgeous & lovingly made to last a lifetime. Thank you to all the lovely team including Amelia, Olivia & the workshop team, you are all fabulous!

Victoria , Sarah and Shannon are so friendly and welcoming. Whatever you are looking for they are right there to help you. It is not awkward to talk to these workers they are funny and respectful . Best experience I have ever had in a jewellery place.
