the new NYC location is beautiful, great staff and great products.

I have been trying to get in touch with Guizio to return my order but cannot get ahold of anyone. The clothing is cheap feeling, unflattering, and overpriced. Beware of this company.

I paid for a skirt and top that on the 3rd of June and , I never received. It took them three days to respond and a week to ship it out and it’s now June 14th and I still didn’t receive it and I’m trying to cancel the order after seeing all these bad experiences I’ve wished. I would’ve seen the comments sooner.

They don’t respond to emails after you place order

Ordered a corset and it never arrived and never get a tracking link or something . Customer answers are short and takes really long . I hope PayPal can fix it …..

Bought that viral micro skirt they have and it’s almost $200 yet the material feels cheap. Literal just a scrap of nylon fabric. I have an American eagle skort of way better quality. And because of their policy, I can’t return it. Their stuff isn’t worth it

It is unfortunate to do business with new intelligent designers with honest items and non-high-end manufacturing, to make matters worse it is ridiculously small as the size runs in this clothing house. Keep designing for model bodies and stealing clients' money every time it doesn't work for them and give a sad discount, you will be sued if you continue like this.

Buyer beware! I ordered a skirt that was too large and unflattering on my body and wanted to return per their policy. I had only tried the skirt on briefly and returned it in the exact condition I had received it. Apparently this included a ripped seam that I would not have noticed in my trying on. When they received that merchandise I was refused a refund and I had to be the one to suggest that they return the damaged merchandise to me rather than keeping my money for nothing. I won't shop here again and would tell others to be cautious. Extra star for responsive customer service, but overall a poor retail experience.

I was afraid from the bad reviews I read on here. But the team of Danielle was super nice and easy to reach, my refund was made in two days :) overall a good experience 🩷

Terrible. I bought $700 worth of clothes and my package was sent to the wrong address by this company. They refused to refund me because I didn’t pay for the package protection.

I ordered a shirt for $218 and it happened to be too small. I emailed to exchange it for a gift card and they actually replied very quickly. Once they received the item I was given $185 in return. The math is not mathing, and I have since emailed them three-four times. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I will NEVER be purchasing from them again after this. For such a “highly” acclaimed store, this is shameful and a rip off. Lost my service!!!

Took them a month to refund me for my return and that was only after I followed up many times. On top of the 15% restocking fee that they keep when you make a return (really tacky) they also didn’t refund my sales taxes which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal.

Super disappointed. Bought many things here but I doubt I’ll be doing it again. It’s not the money, it’s the treatment.

The worst customer service ever. I used to love buying from Danielle Guizio. Her items are very nice. This last purchase was adorable but extremely itchy. We tried to return it. After multiple messages with no response; we tried to contact her through instagram. That took 3 messages to get a response but I still have the item. There is no address to mail it back to. I was told their policy is Returns must be made within 4 days and there is a 15% restocking fee. Sadly you can't get in touch with anyone to make a return. It is months later and I still have the sweater in the original packaging and I am out $185. I would have returned this and maybe even have bought something else if they knew how to treat a customer. Now, I will never buy from her again and I will make sure that my friends, family, coworkers never does business with them again. They would be better off, updating their return policy and keeping their customers coming back.

Made an order, my order was returned to Danielle Guizio via the courier company without being delivered to me or anything. I contacted the customer service about it and to be refunded my order.

Customer service is very lacking, one month later and I still haven't been given a refund and I have tried reaching multiple times.
