Is anyone else sick of this company harassing them, please get in touch as i am filing an harassment case against them and need to gather more support please to build my case against them, i contacted them last year as well and they went away but have now decided to harass me further.

Absolutely awful, constantly calling and harassing me considering i am a minor!!!! i am not even 18 and they have been on my backside since i was 16 and a half!
Absolutely no help at all either just constant back and forth bulls**t.

I spoke with David today and felt in safe hands, he explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Daniels Silverman come across as very reasonable and knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with them and I'll ensure to update this review once we have worked together for some time.

Absolutely waste of time and effort, DSL kept asking me about an agreement signed by the opposition We gave it to them and they denied the agreement and accused us of changing things to it

How can google reviews give just over 1 star yet trust pilot give 4.2 stars? A very diverse view on 2 different platforms. Doesn’t sound right at all. Having dealt with this company and visited the premises they are not to be trusted. The one-off fee you pay is to help the sales staff / sales agents (the guys call you from office to the other sales guys who visit you in person saying they can get your money back) with part commission along with wages etc (nothing to do with admin handling or whatever term these guys call it) . Be very careful about handing money over to these cowboys. The best they can do is write letters to the debtors. Its no different to your average Joe cold calling companies out the old yellow pages / finding bits of work and sending letters. usually they will just jump to the legal Jargon/excuse when they cant get the debt back. Stay Clear!

"This review has been left by a customer who we are chasing for a debt.'

I owe this company nothing and have no contract with them. Provide evidence l owe Daniel Silverman or face legal action for libel.

"He has not received any service from us""

Then why claim l am a "customer"

"and has provided abuse to staff members via telephone".

Yet l have received no service from them?

As stated this company is staffed by aggressive bullies. The manager is unprofessional and thier response in itself is hypocritical and dishonest.

Would definitely recommend DSL to anyone. They've helped us recover several outstanding invoices so far and we've been very grateful for them taking this very tedious process off our hands and for a very reasonable fee

I was not sure the debtor would pay but Daniel Silverman did what they did the only down side was payment by cheque instead of BACS

Good, prompt service

If a client they are chasing pays you directly, then Daniels Silverman will bill YOU.
This whole concept of it not costing you anything is useless.
They won't chase the customer to collect their fees.
If we had just waited, then maybe our customer would have paid us and we wouldn't have lost the fees that Daniels Silverman charge.
Oh well, lesson learned.
