Where do we start? Yuki and team totally elevated our quick and simple wedding in Ærøskøbing. Not only were they super responsive and detailed with communication, but they also went over and above what we were expecting and what we could pay for. They did their best to accommodate our specific requests and threw in very pleasant little surprises along the way. Our welcome on arrival at their offices was super warm and personal. If we were to wed again, we would choose this team, again and again. Thank you soo soo much.

Organizing a wedding should be a stressful experience, that's what we expected at least. But apparently, that's not necessary. All of our requests, questions, and wishes were honored, all our problems solved.
It was truly perfect.

Everything from start to finish was PERFECT. Yuki was amazing and so helpful in the process and the wedding and destination were just more than we could've asked for. Beyond pleased with everything from the cake, the flowers, and the ceremony which was in the stunning Old Merchant's House to the customer service and the women that run this incredible business. Der große Tag war perfekt organisiert und alles fühlte sich leicht und entspannt an. Das wundervolle Bouquet, das hübsch dekorierte Trauzimmer, alles war perfekt. Nicht nur wir sondern auch unsere Gäste haben sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Wer eine außergewöhnliche Hochzeit auf dieser wunderschönen Insel erleben möchte, sollte sich an DIW wenden.

We really loved getting married on Ærø at the lovely Voderup (nature wedding). Yuki, Louise, and all the team at danish island weddings made it so easy and relaxing! We did an elopement because we didn't want a big ceremony, but we still wanted to be somewhere memorable with some nice photos to share after. It was perfect, Yuki was amazing at organising everything and the flowers from Louise were so amazing! We had their recommended photographer Neli, and I had hair by Anne and make up by Mira, who were all lovely and made everything feel special and stress free. The island is absolutely gorgeous and we will definitely be back to visit. We loved exploring. Voderup is a dream and I would really recommend for a special place to stay. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the whole experience to anyone, there were no downsides for us. Thank you!!

I recall in 2020 when I contacted Yuki to find out some information, she responded promptly and with a lot of details. She was very professional yet friendly. We obviously wanted to use Danish Weddings based on the rapport we received. We informed Yuki that we would go ahead with our wedding but Covid came and we postponed things by about 1.5 years as we wanted to wait to make sure things were perfect for our special day.
Yuki and I stayed in touch and the process was very smooth and professional. We are thankful to have used Danishislandweddings. The level of detail and professionalism is beyond what you would expect. I was very much organised myself so perhaps it make the whole administrative part easier. If ever anyone wishes to get married on Aeroe I would gladly put them in touch with Danishislandweddings. We are so thankful and happy that we’ve found DIW family and came to the wonderful island of Ærø to get married!:) We opted for a small ceremony in the Old Merchant‘s house, just two of us, and it was just so wonderful and intimate! When we started to think about to marry at Ærø , we met Yuki. She was so kind, positive, empathetic and natural that we were immediatly persuaded to do our wedding with DIW. Yuki gave us first important informations. Together with Louise (so kind, positive, natural and empathetic, too) she found solutions for every detail around our wedding, even for our special details outside their typical offer. Yuki and Louise made our wedding an emotional event with exceptional lovely (!) flowers, laughing, champagne and a mood, which we were able to enjoy entirely at any second, confident that everything will work just perfect. Our guests could not escape this atmosphere so we had a great party! Next wedding we will definitely do with Yuki and Louise too! ;-) Thank you so much for giving an authentic piece of Ærø to us!

We had a very pleasant experience with Danish Island Weddings! After struggling with administration in other countries, we gave up and found this agency, and everything was so easy and went so smoothly that we still can't believe it ! We planned our wedding in a month only and Yuki helped us all along the process, answering thoroughly to all questions we had and ensuring an easy process for us. The day itself was so relaxing and enjoyable, as we didn't have to worry about anything, and everyone involved is so relaxed that it feels like being home surrounded by friends :)
For everyone wanting to avoid the complicated and stressful wedding organization, do not hesitate to choose them ! They make everything go so smoothly that you will have no worries and be able to put all your attention on spending a lovely day with your partner :)

I cannot stop raving about DIW and the team!

Everything was easy, smooth, relaxed and we felt very welcomed and supported at each step! The team's recommendations for the photographer (she was the sweetest!), help with the bouquet and boutonnire (both a masterpiece!) and generous tips about the ceremony and the town made the whole experience a fairy tail.

We could not have possible asked for a better setting for our special day surrounded by kind and and lovely people.

Many thanks to Yuki and the entire DIW team. We had a gorgeous beach wedding on the beautiful island of Ærø. We discussed everything beforehand by email and our wishes were more than fulfilled. Everything was thought of, the loving decoration on the beach and in the beach house was breathtaking. my bouquet was a dream and the cake was so delicious. Neli captured the whole thing with the camera, she is also a charming person like Yuki and the rest of the team. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and thank DIW very much for that.
