I thought it was okay but recently I have very bad experience with my return. I returned the item , no trace of voucher for Rs. 2180 for so many weeks. I can’t get through to anyone to enquire.

I order the M.2 Nvme SSD few days back and now they cancelled it without reason.

Very worst and worst service

I'm waiting my order from 28 July 2024 till today (02 September 2024) can you imagine......

Day by day worst and worst. Don't use this service. It has already been 2 weeks that I ordered my product and talked with support last week said they will prioritize but that was jsut a gimmick and now again same things. I said i wanted to cancel and give me a refund they aren't doing that as well. Customer's urgency is not of priority for daraz so thanks I'll never be using Daraz after this.

I bought a pasta maker that had a part lose when I bought it, didn’t realise that it was a lose part thought might have had another purpose . Anyway tried to use the pasta maker and it would not work : so I returned it and Daraz would not refund me the money saying “ I had used it” made no sense at all as it was defective it took me trying to use the product to discover it was broken. Apparently I should have retuned it before it broke ! When I told them it was defective and I didn’t brake it that was why I retuned it the women sounded like a robot .

Not a good place to shop. My orders get canceled every time. It takes at least 5 to 10 days for them to take any action and nothing changes. The discounts and offers do not last, and I have to pay again for a reorder, which eventually gets cancelled. I have deleted my account and will never use this store again. A very bad experience...

Daraz in the world useless online shopping apps I note one thing that
every products delivery charge 80 rupee
Example if I order one products they charge 80 if I order same day 2 products they charge 160 it's not good I fell should be 80 if order 5 products 8 hope you guys think about it

To be honest, daraz has always been my go get it platform when it comes to online shopping as daraz has became a synonym to online shopping coming second to Sasto deal. It have it's flaws as no body is perfect, but as a owner of design agency which have special needs related to furniture, stationary and other items it's commendable. It will be better if daraz makes distinction between a individual and instutional customer and treat each of them separately such as priority order handling service, same day delivery and verification. It will be easy and convient without searching through a entire selection to find what we are looking for.

Really have gone downhill. They send you the wrong item half the time and make you do extra work to return the item. Then after they claim to issue you a voucher for refund you are unable to use it. Disappointing

Very poor service it was like scam

I had to connect with live agent for my issue while the conclusion that I reached after having the conversation was, the live chat agent has limitations to address customer issue and they are here just to give consolation to the users. Also, the customers are not aware of delays in order happening which they are handling silently. Furthermore, the policies are there just to show users that it is very simple and easy while on reality it is very hard and hectic.

Very bad service..under warranty totally pick & exchange work should done by daraz..but daraz is not responsible...they asking for..seller...seller is not providing pick service. We need to see currier store..and currier charge..

Worst service I ordered a tricycle they delivered something else which doesn't match at all...completely fraud...cannot trust at all..
Nepal government should banned this company.

Bought an online course for udemy that I wanted for months. The delivery was quick and cheap too.

I ordered product it was supposed to be delivered on april 19th but i never got it...two days passed no update on delivery...sadly i cancel the order

The worst service i have ever seen. I order accidently car seat and they said they dont do any refund and no exchange . Now that car seat is useless for me .This is really scam pls dont buy anything from here . Daraz is worst online business i have ever seen . Scammer

Honestly, I want to say that Daraz is one of the amazing company which provides us what we want to buy. Sometimes the product wont match our desire but i know that’s not a problem of Daraz. Amazing Company. Loved it.

I had purchased a lots of stuffs from Daraz and i totally satisfied with the product. Thank You Daraz for your effort.

Very bad - they open the sale saying this % off discount but when compared to the old price the sale price is very high.
