This company cleaned our carpet on the 9th December 22.
He was a recommendation from the 2 below reviews..

He wet it so much that a week later it smells of damp & mould.

He came back & gave us a spray which only masked the appalling smell.

He since won’t respond to any of our messages, as we won’t the carpet replaced. Any request to claim through his insurance or to reach an agreement on how to go forward.

10 days before Xmas… what a guy

We had used D’Arcy Bespoke Cleaning in the past and had no hesitation in asking them to clean the carpets and upholstery again. They are very reliable and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company.

Gerard is such a friendly guy and so professional Made a fantastic job of cleaning my sofa and carpets. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and I will definitely get him back when needed.

I would 100% recommend D'Arcy bespoke cleaning for any type or carpet and upholstery cleaning. 

They provided excellent customer service, were very knowledgeable about their industry and products used and gave me a very reasonable quote.

My carpets and couches were in a sorry state as a result of young children,  spillages and sticky fingers but when they were finished they looked as they did when they were new.

Very impressed with the end result, will definitely use them again and have already recommended to others.

Saw this gentleman at a neighbours & asked if he'd come & look at my carpets & crushed velvet headboard (which I had tried absolutely everything to clean it). He wore protective footwear & a mask when he came in to check them. Very courteous & efficient. Cleaned 2 bedrooms & stair carpet & also the dreaded headboard. Delighted with the results!! Carpets like new as is the headboard. Would recommend this gentleman & his business. Thank you.

Fantastic service. Gerard worked wonders on my light grey fabric suite which was very marked after 4 years of use. So pleased with the results. What a hardworking man. Very professional, punctual and responsive to enquiries. Highly recommended, will not go anywhere else for future sofa and carpet cleaning. Just brilliant.

This is the 5th time we’ve used D’Arcy Bespoke Cleaning and we couldn’t be happier! Gerard has excellent knowledge and all the tools to carry out a fantastic job. Carpets look brand new and they were bone dry when he was finished. Excellent service! Highly recommended!
