Terrible experience Terrible service
Don’t bother trying to get a loan with these guys. I submitted an application two days ago and been run around since having to submit documents multiple times, never being able to get in contact with an agent, then after waiting being asked had I still wanted to continue after I had to reach out to them once again. The service overall is just terrible, they are unprofessional and never have anyone to speak to, and they just tell you your file is under review all the time. Don’t bother wasting your time there’s better solutions out there.
Edit: 15 minutes after I posted this my application was then denied with the reason being that the request does not fulfill credit criteria. If this doesn’t tell you everything you need to know I don’t know what will. A decision that I couldn’t get in 2 days was suddenly decided in the span of 15 minutes. This company is just ridiculous I’ve never had such poor service before.
Update: They reached out and changed their reason on why the application was denied even though I provided what they denied the application for. They have stopped answering since, don’t waste your time with these people.

I've received 2 loans from this ripoff…
I've received 2 loans from this ripoff company. My first loan they charged me approximately 65% for interest and fees.
The second time which will be my absolute last time I was charged over 50% interest and fees. Then they have the nerve to charge me for taking my payment out of my bank account. What a scam!!!
Be very careful with these people!

In some instances, we may no longer be able to process applications received within one hour of our closing time, as we prioritize those who arrived earlier and those who are submitting documents to finalize their applications. This was the case with your application, which was processed the next morning. We hope this clears things up for you.
