Dashboard building & account set up support
After reaching out to Databox, I was able to schedule a call within 12 hours — impressively fast. During the session, my customer success manager, Miloš Vukotić, helped me set up my account and build my first dashboards in just 2 hours. On top of that, he spent an additional 1.5 hours walking me through other features and details — all at no extra cost given our current plan.
What stood out most was his patience and thoroughness. He made sure I genuinely understood every step of the process, so I could confidently create dashboards on my own going forward. Truly exceptional support.

1) Although Databox has a learning curve, it's quite intuitive and easy to use.
2) No software is perfect, so having good support is essential. Databox's support team is excellent! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and open to suggestions. It's one of the best support teams I've encountered.
3) They are always making improvements and are transparent about their roadmap, allowing us to submit and vote on feature requests.

Centralized Data and Automated Reporting Save Thousands of Hours
When I first heard about Databox years ago, it honestly felt too good to be true. But from the beginning it has far exceeded the hype. I could go on and on about how it saves hundreds of hours and makes reporting easy for marketers who aren't full-time data analysts.
The reporting functionality is where it really shines. I can embed almost real-time visualizations directly into decks or docs, clone last month’s leadership report, and boom, all the charts are already updated. No more copy-paste chaos from Excel. Add a Data Story for the quick KPI summary, an AI Performance Summary for more context, a few bullet points of my own, and I’m done. That alone has saved me countless hours over the years.
And it’s not just recurring reports. Databox makes handling those random, last-minute data and reporting requests a breeze. Instead of scrambling through spreadsheets or multiple platforms, I can quickly find the metrics I need in Databox and spin up a professional-looking dashboard in minutes, then get right back to the work I actually planned for the day. Even better, Databox has hundreds of pre-built dashboard templates, so half the time I don’t even have to custom build anything. Just pick a template with the data source and metrics you need, connect the data sources to the dashboard, and in a few clicks you’re done and can send the link straight to the requester.
From an agency perspective, it gets even better.
The agency account lets you see KPIs across all clients in one place. You can even create Scorecards that automatically send weekly to your Slack, inbox, or even straight to the client. Suddenly, recurring reporting that used to chew up hours becomes a five-minute task, and that reclaimed time can go into client work and leaving the office on time.
And of course, all those polished dashboards and recurring reports don’t just make you and your agency look good. They improve visibility and accountability with clients, which boosts retention. More capacity without hiring more people, happier clients, less reporting stress…it’s a huge win all around.
Lastly, tip of the cap to Databox’s customer service. Fedor in partner management, Jelena in customer service, and the whole team have been awesome over the years. Super quick to respond with genuinely helpful insight. And if it happens to be off hours, their AI steps in with surprisingly great responses that are actually useful, not filler.
Thank you Databox for turning reporting from a spreadsheet wrestling match into a walk in the park. You've saved me easily thousands of hours over the years that has let me spend even more time with family, friends and clients.

Waste of Time and Money
I spent a significant amount of time and money with this company and was never able to get anything usable out of the platform. The technology was clunky, unintuitive, and consistently buggy. Customer support was unhelpful and their billing and refund policies made things worse—hard to navigate and unfair in practice. I ended up switching to Google Data Studio, which is free and far more reliable. Lesson learned.

Horrible customer service and billing. They ended up trying to steal my money. They sold me on things they didn’t have and won’t refund my Money. Go with another provider
Dogshit customer service
Dogshit customer service. Cancelled last day of subscription and they billed me for another month. Went into call and they said "nothing we could do, you just gotta pay for another month" eventhough i didnt use it and didnt want to use it for another month.

Overpaying massively for a program, that doesn't deliver and doesn't work intuitively. When asking customer service for a refund, they don't reply.
When asking them to pause your membership, same deal.
So I just wasted +1000 USD on this.
