Very happy with the service dataclinic provided. I had accidentally dropped a portable seagate hard drive containing data that was not backed up. The hard drive was making a beeping sound and could not be found on the computer. I had researched several data recovery services including field data recovery. I was impressed by the reviews from data clinic and they did not disappoint. Within 24 hrs they had run a full diagnostic. Within 1 week they had recovered all of the data. And then promptly returned my original hard drive and a new hard drive with the recovered data. The cost for data recovery is not cheap but worth it and still cheaper than other qouted companies. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the service. I highly recommend dataclinic and will be recommending them to my friends and work colleagues!

I submitted a request to have data recovered from my 500GB hard drive on a Sunday; within an hour, they phoned me, and arranged collection for the Tuesday. By the Thursday night they had recovered all the files, and by the following Tuesday I had the files back on a new hard drive.

£306 for service, including the work, new hard drive, collection and redelivery via DPD, all within 9 days. Superb.

I found Data Clinic to be excellent from start to finish.
They arranged pick up and delivery of the hard drive and kept me well informed throughout of the progress and options open to me.
I particularly liked the option to view and check all the recovered files before proceeding.
It may not be the cheapest option in the world but if like me you really needed the files to be recovered then I can't recommend highly enough.
The irony of my situation was that I was actually in the process of backing up the specific drive to another computer when it suffered power damage, so you just never know when you might require a service like this.

I am really blown away. I had an old Sony Xperia T that died on me in 2016, which held precious memories going as far back as 2013. For years, my old phone just sat in my drawer, and I had very little hope that those old photos and videos could ever be recovered.

But then I found out about Data Clinic and reached out to them. They did what I thought was impossible and recovered my old photos and videos. Seeing those old memories again for the first time in almost 10 years has been quite an emotional and surreal experience.

I went with the Data Clinic as it had such excellent reviews on Trustpilot (it’s so hard to know who to go with, especially with such personal data!) but I’m SO glad I did.
They were incredibly efficient from the very start, and upfront about costs. When they couldn’t retrieve - through the typical routes - some SMS messages off my phone (from a loved one who has since passed and were incredibly important to me), they went above and beyond to get them for me and with success! Janice was wonderful, especially as I was a bit emotional about it all. Can’t recommend them enough and feel relieved to know that there is somewhere I can go in future in case of any other tech disasters!

Can't recommend this company highly enough.
They retrieved all of my photographs / videos from my water damaged phone which a previous company had told me was irreparable.

Fantastic service, I simply delivered my faulty hard drive as was instructed and they returned the drive back to me with every single piece of data that I'd been missing. irreplaceable videos, photos, etc. Thank you!

Clear and prompt advice and communication from Mark from the outset about my problem. The fee was very reasonable and everything was explained well. I got to see a breakdown of my recovered data to peruse before I decided on what to do next. My data was all recovered and the drive was sent back very promptly. I am very satisfied.

I sent my hard drive from the Republic of Ireland to Bury, Uk. I was so impressed with the level of communication I received throughout the process of retrieving my data from a faulty external hard drive. The company were organised and clear in letting me know, the cost up front and of any replacement parts required. I had many photos, personal files and files and folders of resources for my job as a teacher that had been accumulated over the years on a 2TB hard drive. I am so relieved and grateful that over 95 percent of my data was retrieved. A superb service.

Data Clinic was really professional, respectful, and fast! I highly recommend their service, it's really convenient as they pick up and deliver the item and they're really quick at replying, giving updates. They could solve my problem which was a 5TB Lacie Hardrive, so very difficult to access, but they saved almost all of the files in it. And the price was lower than others in the market. They've also sent back good quality hard drives with my data and the original one as well. The staff was super lovely, I talked to Janice on the phone and she was very helpful too. I'm so impressed with Data Clinic. From my first phone call, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly reassuring at a time when I felt quite stressed about my lost data. They guided my through each step of the process clearly, explaining what would happen next and what my options were.
The speed of the data retrieval was fantastic, and I really appreciated how transparent they were about costs throughout - there were no surprises.
Most importantly, they successfully recovered my data, and I now have everything safely backed up!

My Samsung S22 was water damaged whilst on holiday.
I tried drying it out, didn't work, I went online to look at data recovery, looked at lots of places, read reviews, got pricing.
I was concerned I would spend a lot of money and get nothing.
I chose data clinic because they are based in the north, had good reviews and have tiered pricing.
They recovered within a week, everything was there,and I only needed to pay the initial assessment fee (paid up front). Their service and communication was good, invoiced clearly, plus the file analysis was very easy to view and check.
Sent my broken phone with my own drive back today. I couldn't be happier.
I recommend them, however I hope I never need to use them again.
Cloud storage all the way from now on

So thankful for Data Clinic. I was told by multiple phone repairs that they either couldn't do it, or it would be extremely difficult to get my data back. One guy even said "if my company can't do it, no one can". I cried a lot, and data clinic were very straight forward with their fees and how the fixes would proceed.
There's a lot of dodgy places out there so it was a really tough decision to go ahead with Data clinic, but I'm incredibly happy I did.
I know I'm very lucky that my data could be retrieved, so huge thank you!

I am very very happy with my experience with Data Clinic.
My phone when pop with a blank screen and therefore could not open it.( It was not the screen). I had unfortunately not backed up all my photos and videos over the past few years and thought I had lost everything. Data Clinic were able to retrieve this for me. Very happy!!!!

My hard drive had stopped working and was making strange noises when trying to use it when I wanted to take some photos from the drive as i had experienced a sad family occasion, that was hard enough but knowing id also lost all my memories that i had kept on the drive especially from my children as babies and growing up. Id seen that data clinic had done work for top companies and data information was secure so got in touch with Chris initially to see what my issue was and if they could help, then Janice phoned to explain the processes that it would go through and the cost. Janice contacted me each stage of the process and there was no pressure to pay in advance and to help me they sent invoices for each stage and let me know what they found etc. They sent me a link to all the files for me to check through and they said they would take another look if there was anything missing. To be honest i didnt think id get much back but was so happy that they recovered a good amount of my videos and photos and a lot of precious memories restored, they returned these onto a new hard drive and even added the files that werent so good but still there. Highly recommend the team and would definitely go to these guys again if needed in the future.

My hard drive with all of my photographs was broken and the team managed to get the files recovered and moved onto a better piece of hardware for me. They were helpful, professional and delivered! Definitely would recommend if you need their services.
