Dave Ford Tree Care Reviews

A very good, professional service provided by pleasant and helpful staff

Efficient, polite and well-priced. Great service!

The team did a great job whilst working through a heat wave, followed up when required and made sure that the neighbours gardens were cleared and left as they were found. Highly recommended.

A challenging job pruning an ageing Silver Birch. Taylor and Joe were a great team. They were polite and very safety conscious. Taylor’s knowledge of trees came to the forefront when he showed he knew exactly where to cut to help prolong the life of the tree. They cleaned up thoroughly and when I came home, you wouldn’t have known they’d been.
I’d highly recommend the team at Dave Ford. In fact we’ve used them before, so knew we were going to get a good job done.

Expert knowledge, super efficient

Dave and his team are first class, the site survey was arranged instantly and the quote arrived the next day. When they arrived, work was carried out carefully and respectful of all surroundings. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend

I have used DFTC services several times for personal and communal projects and would thoroughly recommend.

Another first class tree pruning visit from Dave Ford Tree Care. Our enormous beech tree was overshadowing our terrace. Dave Ford applied for permission to trim it from the council TPO department and, upon receipt, the tree was expertly pruned this morning. All the cut branches were cleared away and the terrace returned to a tidy state. The tree looks marvellous!

From the initial visit to provide an estimate, to the completion of the work, everything was carried out to our entire satisfaction. The team were cheerful and hard-working. We can definitely recommend Dave Ford and will use them again next time we need tree work.

Patience and good humour throughout a complex exercise

Two delightful people worked hard all day to finish all the work required. They cleared up beautifully and I’m very happy with the result. They were both so professional and I was totally relaxed and confident in their work. Thank you.

Very pleased with the work undertaken to reduce the height and spread on Oak trees. Would certainly use Dave Ford again.

Josh and his colleague could not have been more helpful and did a great job.it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Dave Ford Tree Care was recommended by a friend- I had lost my tree surgeon friend who had looked after my trees since 1999. I felt confident from the start in the knowledge and enthusiasm for trees shown and the price for the work was competitive. The work was carried out diligently by an enthusiastic, careful and very personable team and the clear up was good and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome and my choice in this contractor has been vindicated.

Everyone from Dave Ford Tree Care were friendly, professional and accommodating. They provided sound advice and recommendations. The works were carried out quickly and everything was left neat and tidy. I definitely recommend their services.

Exceptional work by Josh and Charlie , I am so happy everything I requested has been carried out to a high standard .
Thank you p

Chris the office manager kept me informed of the small changes to the time we first agreed and the guys from Dave Ford Tree Care arrived as expected.
Zak and his mate were very thorough and very professional. They clearly took great pride in how they worked. They did the work as planned but when it came to the last of the three trees, an ornamental pear, Zak suggested they could lose the many tiny cross branches to give the fruiting branches a better chance of performing and to result in a much neater appearance.
When they finished all trees looked great and I couldn't be more pleased. That pear three however just looks spectacular. Zak had gone above and beyond expectations and left the tree looking beautifully geometric and wonderfully well shaped and visually delightful.
The quote for the work was I thought great value for money and I certainly would recommend them to anyone needing tree work. I'll be using them again in future without any doubt.

Great job. Very clean and tidy. Tree looks perfect. Highly recommend.

The arborists arrived on time and did an excellent job removing one large birch tree close to a building and pruning to other birch trees. They worked hard and tidied the area before finishing.

Team did a fantastic job. Sound expert advice. Two trees pruned and all debris cleared away. Very happy to recommend.
