This was one of the best experiences we had in looking for our retirement home. Ashely went far and beyond to make the home buying and searching process easy and worthwhile for us. Davidson had the floor plan for our dream house. Thank you Ashley for your outstanding assistance.

The sales agent was great to deal with during the purchase.

Craig was informative on lot and home availability. Information on available upgrades was explained and we then made informative choices. All questions were answered

Dianne and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable!

The initial sales person, Cami, we met and worked with extensively was understanding and knowledgeable when we asked questions. She stayed after 5pm to continue showing us around to properties and models. Making sure our inquiries were answered was important to her.

If you’re looking for a new home Davidson Homes needs to be on the list.

Amanda Alvarado has been awesome since the beginning in guiding us through the entire process. From patiently showing us homes to choose from onsite to getting the paperwork ready.

There is not space to share all of the positives of my experience with Davidson Homes. First, Laura, representative/seller/ assistant for The Highlands was awesome. She was informative but not "pushy". She has the instinct to know which family or single and/or which age group would benefit from a specific house plan. Her years of experience have provided her the ability to instinctly know the best recommendations for each situation.

From beginning to the end. No builder could possibly work harder than Sergio, Robbie or Mike @ Agave Community. They have truly earned our respect and gratitude!

Serious buyer and they have no interest for serious buyers at the end of the day . They don’t care and how can you trust someone to build a house if they don’t have your best interest so that’s what you will get here at this community. At the end of the day the assistance provided by McKee homes or even ascot homes is way better than the assistance provided at Davidson homes . McKee and ascot homes will try to go above and beyond to help you out but that same service is not provided here at Davidson homes. We were very excited to have started the journey with Davidson but the sales agent at the office just don’t care and I hope management can fix that.

We recently sought to purchase a new home at Davidson Homes’ South Valley Ranch community in Prescott, Arizona, and unfortunately our experience has left us extremely disappointed.
During the sales process, our salesperson, Cameron Buettner, represented to us that we could close on the home in October. We specifically explained that an October closing was important because of existing financial obligations, and we relied on that representation in deciding to move forward. At no point during those discussions were we told that, if the home was completed earlier, we could be required to close before October.
We have now been told that Davidson Homes will not agree to the October closing date that we understood had been represented to us. From our perspective, this feels like a bait-and-switch: an important condition was represented one way while we were considering the purchase, only to change after we had moved forward.
This experience has significantly undermined our confidence in both Davidson Homes and the representations made during its sales process. Anyone considering purchasing a home from Davidson Homes, particularly at South Valley Ranch, should be extremely careful about relying on verbal assurances. I strongly recommend getting every important representation, commitment, and condition—including the closing date—in writing before signing anything or making financial commitments.
A reputable home purchase should involve clear, consistent communication from beginning to end. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

Davidson homes are the worst, even if you don't purchase with them, they get even more pushier. And if you don't purchase from them, they will keep all your earnest money. Even if the 3rd party inspection fails.

If I could give this review. No stars, I would.Please stay far away from this company. Especially the property's in SA TX
