Andrew is always on hand to help deal with contract renewals, pricing and account queries. Has been really helpful with analysing meters, and explain any changes in charges and ways of managing these.

I have been dealing with Karl for the past 3 years now and I am very happy with the service that I received. My previous provider was very difficult to get in touch with once I had been tied in. However Karl is always contactable and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Signed up with them based on a promise the rate would be reviewed 30 days before my contract start date. It wasn't. When I chased them I was told it was too late and I should have done something, despite no mention of any action on my side in their original email.

Karl is very nice when he's trying to squeeze money out of you, but don't trust a word any of them say. I'm now left with a crippling electricity contract that is costing thousands of pounds more than it should and still awaiting a call back from their director, Keith - a call that was due last week and one that I've chased without success.

Avoid, work with a reputable company who will stand by their word.

Odd that they had no trouble contracting me when chasing me to sign their inflated contract but now they can't seem to make contact or leave evidence of a missed call or voicemail - almost like they never actually tried to call.

Also odd that British Gas made me the same offer. If they did, why would I need your inflated offer at all. I'm afraid day2days version of the 'facts just don't stack up.

The one indisputable fact is they sent me an email saying, and I quote "I have now spoken to Rob, and he is happy to sign the BG lite contract on the understanding we do a price review 30 Days before the contract goes live."

Where does that state i have to do anything?

My cases were particularly difficult and protracted. Karl did not give up and pursued the outcome we needed. He needed to speak to multiple stakeholders and over several months. At every step Karl advocated for me and communicated weekly. He recognised that running a business with a full time job is a balancing act. He went above and beyond with a high level of professionalism. He never faltered and gave lots of reassurance along the way. I cannot recommend the company or Karl highly enough. Thank you very much

I have just being newly appointed into a business, it came to my attention some of our energy bills were up for renewal. We do have a fair few unit however, through investigation all bills ended on different contract dates and with different suppliers. As you can imagine, it became difficult to track and manage.
During my first few weeks, I received many calls from other broker who in truth, were just firing numbers at me & not explaining which, causing it to become overwhelming.

I'm so thankful I took a call with Karl at Day 2Day. He made everything simple from explaining, to the pricing and to even, offering advise to support in managing accounts & improving the set up we had. Along, came Andrew who was also, so helpful when it actually came down to the actual pricing. Again, he made everything simple and clear to understand. Both of them, working together as a team & to support me, in improving the business current set up. It was lovely to witness which, initially encouraged me more to work alongside them & with Day 2 Day.

My advise, don't listen to other brokers, if you need your energy bills sorting just call Day 2 Day.

There was many reason for a 5 star review but
one of the main reason was for how they dealt with me and provided me with an explained answer in detail that I myself and my team could understand unlike most energy consultants I’ve came across.
Even if I had anything to ask after working hours it was never a problem for them to answer the phone politely and professionally
They provided my company with the best energy price. And saved me money on my yearly bills we even received a customer courtesy call after the contract was signed

I’ve dealt with a lot of energy consultants over the past year, including cold calls, pushy sales tactics, and overpromises and I was starting to feel very deflated by the whole process.

Working with Day2Day has been a completely different experience. I was initially introduced by a young man who, whilst polite, lacked experience and unfortunately promised something he couldn’t deliver. As soon as Keith became aware of the situation, he called me directly, explained what had happened, and immediately put my mind at ease. I was reassured to hear that the individual no longer worked there, as he didn’t meet the standards Day2Day sets for their team.
