Ordered a Christmas Tree in November, it never arrived... When I tried to look at the website through Facebook it said 'no information exists'
3 emails sent, no reply...
I'm still battling with my Bank to get my £70 back, I have been on the phone a few times - about 4 hours in total! I could do without this hassle!

Wish I could give it zero stars. Total scam. Sent something that was not as advertised and they have a zero exchange or refund policy. Do NOT order from them.

Do NOT order from this company. It is a scam and now they have bank info. I am beyond pissed cause I am not going to receive my order and I know it. They keep saying the same bs and it never comes. I have a close eye on my bank account. If there is any transaction that I know I did not do I am going to the police. They lie about their products and you will not get your order. Please take my warning do NOT order from these people

Like other reviewers, I ordered a jersey for my grandson on December 7as a Christmas gift. Today is Christmas & no jersey. Supposed to arrive "maybe" tomorrow. I have checked the tracking & it still says the same thing everyday since the package was supposedly shipped. When I enter the tracking number with USPS, I'm told no number exists. I'm beyond angry.

Why has this company not been shut down yet due to fraudulence???? I only get the run around with a fake tracking number and even has USPS confirm it was a fake number. Avoid this scam of a website. Phone number doesn't work, and they never respond.

My Grandsons are so disappointed. I ordered 2 jerseys for them for family Christmas. It is today! Ordered Dec 1st, now it’s Dec 22nd and the post office told me this tracking number doesn’t show up. A lot of money too, so I’m going to go to my bank and see if I can get money back that way. I emailed the company several times but keep getting a cookie-cutter response that it has shipped so no refund. All their products come from overseas. Had I known that, I would have never ordered from this company. It’s the worst customer service and shipping I have ever experienced. Never again.

I ordered a custom jersey on December 2, 2024. After 3 weeks still have not received. Emailed the company a couple of times and they kept giving me a tracking number, contacted USPS in Illinois which is where the jersey has been for the last two weeks and they don't have my package and it was never scanned in by the postal service. The company lied and gave me false information. When I contacted them again then they give me a story that it is overseas and has to go through customs. This was a christmas present and I told them that and they kept telling me rest assure it will be here before christmas. STILL NOT HERE! I am now out $76. I am going to find a way to get my REFUND!!!!

Total scam. Will not issue refund even after purchasing shipment protection. Do not order.

This online company sells fraudulent goods. Do not believe the product descriptions if they include brand names like Nike. They bait you into purchasing products using product descriptions that sound legit. Their return policy is written so it sounds like you can return products but they only off a fraction of your shipment total as a refund. DO NOT BUY.

I bought two jerseys from Daymira …. The Front logos were not as their post for sale showed … letters not the same … Material was not as shown on post for sale … came different …. Tried to come to an agreement … but they would not answer me back …. After 3 weeks not hearing from them …I

put a dispute against them … then they threaten me with their lawyers …. Got over 20 calls from their legal team …. Still fighting them ….. they offered me 30 % but never came thru with refund … show me the money …

This is the worst establishment I've ever dealt with. Total frauds and very typical of their leadership (or lack thereof). AVOID at all costs - complete hacks!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Seems like “Doris” must be the only “person” in customer service. I purchased my product 17 days ago and according to what crap tracking they give it is still in Illinois…back and forth between Woodridge, Illinois and Bloomingdale, Illinois (which are only 19 miles apart). I bought the item because their false advertising website said I would have by August 27 (guess I should have asked August 27 of what year) and it was intended to be a birthday present for my nephew whose birthday is August 28. It is now August 29 and “tracking” says it’s in Bloomingdale, Illinois…which I believe now is a load of BS. HORRIBLE “company!!!”

Ordered a city connect baseball jersey - long wait and disappointing quality. Says genuine MLB, but I sincerely doubt it.

I ordered a spare tire cover for my Jeep from Daymira. After 2-3 months (Michigan winter with very little sunshine) it had already faded, significantly.

The response I got was essentially that Stuff fades when it's outside, and the materials we use are especially subject to fading. They proceeded to offer me 10% off buying another one.

Why would an organization sell something they know is not designed for the intended use. Based off of this, don't just avoid their tire covers, avoid the entire company. They lack integrity, and I'm going to make sure the whole world knows.

The company doesn’t do refunds I guess I missed that memo on the company page. I ordered a 2XL sized jersey and it must be a child size instead of women. I can’t even resell it or send it back I’m just out of 70.00. The jersey has not been worn or washed and a tags are still attached. I’ll just order directly from the NFL site next time or another trusted company.

This is what I submitted to the BBB in my claim against this company.
I purchased an NFL jersey as a Christmas gift on November 19th 2023. It took a month to get here and when I pursued that problem, they offered no resolution or explanation. After the jersey was worn once and washed once, it literally fell apart. They were pieces of stitching everywhere, threads falling out and most notably the printing on the sleeves had deteriorated. The company stated that their policy is that they do not give returns if their product is used or washed. I don't understand why I consumer would buy a product that they cannot use and a shirt that they cannot wash. I believe this company knows that they are selling defective products and are essentially stealing people's money.
After several attempts, I was unable to upload pictures to prove my claim. I would be happy to provide these in another format if needed.

Selling fake products with fake logos on them. Quality is just as awful as their customer service. Stay away. I will continue to file complaints with BBB and the attorney general of both mine and their state until someone shuts this website down.

I ordered a jersey for my grandson for Christmas. Never received it. I called but only got a busy signal. I get the same response that they are working on it and they will respond within 24hours no one does

Ordered a jersey on November 18, 2023,waited until forst week of December then the tracking went daily in and out of the postal service tracking in Jamaica NY,emailed this company and was told it couldn't be canceled because it was shipped.Went to the post office and they confirmed it was not eligible for tracking,which usually means it has shipped.Reprted them to the BBB and my bank,and the local authorities as a scam,waiting now to see how this is resolved.
