The quality has definitely got worse over the last few years -
And it seems to be every time I login to re-order my lenses THE PRICE HAS GONE UP. The reason everyone started using DaySoft - they were affordable and quality -
But now they are pricing themselves alongside the premium brands.

I’ve been using Daysoft lenses for a month now, and at first I was apprehensive but I couldn’t be happier! The lenses are incredibly comfortable, even for extended wear throughout the day. They keep my eyes feeling fresh without any irritation, which is something I’ve struggled with in other brands. (The dry scratchy - want to rip them out kind of feeling)

The affordability is another standout feature—it’s amazing to get such high-quality lenses at a fraction of the cost of others on the market. The ordering process is super easy, and delivery is always prompt, making the whole experience seamless.

Overall, I highly recommend Daysoft lenses to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and affordability. They’ve definitely become my go-to!

Fyi I do use my glasses sometimes just to give my eyes a break

Always great prices ,always a speedy fast service and more importantly the contacts are comfy and over the years has given me no problems. I ordered the wrong lenses in error, I ordered minus rather than plus lenses over Christmas. Marc caught them at dispatch, cancelled the order and refunded me, perfect!!
I had already placed a second order for the correct lenses which arrived today. Speedy, speedy delivery, thank you.

I used this brand of contact lenses for several years with no complaints. Unfortunately in the past few months the quality of lenses went down. I had lenses splitting half in my eye. Those were different batch orders as first I thought I just had some faulty batch.
Removing broken contact lense was pain on the backside so I won't be buying again.

I was having problems getting order done on line . Phoned customer support and got a lovely young woman who helped me get my order done. Been with the company for years and first time I’ve had a problem .

I went to automatically order my repeat, pressed pay etc. Only after did I notice their 35% price increase!!! 35% are you kidding?!?!

On occasion their lenses split, I throw them in the bin and grab another - I’ll now be letting them know so they can replace, at this price I’ll be looking high street again.

I used to buy these and was happy with them. The last few times I found that they split upon removing them. The quality seems to have gone down. Gone back to the high street brands.

Excellent service

Great lenses with reliable service although slightly disappointed by the considerable price increase in the course of 6 months. In May 2024 I bought daily disposables for 1 month for £16.64 and in November the same order cost £19.91 due to increase in the prices of lenses themselves and newly introduced additional shipping cost.

Really really bad quality, don’t cheap out on your contacts. Get good quality branded ones,

Easy to order service. East to fit. Good instructional videos. Lenses are very soft and can split easily if not careful when handling them. Have on a couple of occasions split whilst wearing though this is rare.. overall good lenses and good service.

I'm really pleased with the service that I've had from Daysoft, they even have real people who answer the phone! (I had a query). Great product at a competitive price.

I've been using this company for years.

They were really good, however the last 6/7 batches I've had at least one of the lenses is torn or has a hole in it, or just feels so uncomfortable when they are in
I've wasted so many it's proving to be expensive now so not really saving any money.

I'm not sure if they have changed supplier or what

The contacts aren’t the best. I ordered this for the first time and my eyes went really red after using them for a day, i’m not sure why. My eyes have been dry and irritated. I believe it’s the quality of the batch I may have been given.

I have a High index @ -14. I can only get -12 here then wear nearsighted pair of glasses @ -2. So I'm thinking the thicker lenses like mine are stronger than the thinner ones - only ordered maybe 5 times but no tears. Not sure how they/you make them - maybe try a plastic like acuvue moist - from research the higher the water content the worse they are for dry eyes as the eyes need to work harder to hydrate the lenses. You can use "Refresh Optive Advanced" lubricant eye drops while using the lenses to help keep moist. I'll be ordering aging soon. I love the high index and greatful for them available because I really get tired of wearing glasses all the time !!! Just like all lenses - some work - some don't.
