I cannot fault this company for both the products &their customer services. I ordered completely the wrong item & instead of the company saying “tough” they replaced it with what I’d meant to buy..no charge, no fuss just the attention of a really lovely lady, Vicki, who couldn’t have been helpful or professional. Thank you for the wonderful & perfect foundation.

I’m blown away by the fast and professional customer service, Vicki is your girl!! She listened and recommended more to try. Loving this product, I ordered the sheer and the color was perfect for me, I am waiting on the glow booster and can’t wait. Will recommend to anyone that will listen to me, well done❤️ Any more pop ups coming???

I sent in relevant details for my foundation .
Unfortunately colour was to light .
I contacted Dcypher and Vicki responded immediately . She had another bottle of foundation sent to me after me providing more information .
This shade is perfect and I cannot thank Dcypher enough for their excellent customer service .

I will never buy any other brand of foundation or concealer! The foundation is blended according to your specification (type of coverage required, skin type etc) and the colour match is absolutely spot on! It took a couple of attempts to get it a perfect match but once you’ve got it - you’re set for life! And the corrections are genuinely free!
The adjustment process was so easy - answer a few questions - send a photo if you want (it helps them see what you want to change - whether it’s the colour or the undertone, warmth/coolness of tone) and just wait a few days for it to arrive!

I also have the custom drops (same colour as the foundation) and definitely don’t want to ever stop using them! I add a couple of drops to my moisturiser and it gives me a “my skin, but better” appearance - perfect for everyday wear! The concealer again, is perfect - I have the brightening one for under eyes and the normal (colour matched) one for any other areas I need to conceal.

Ooh - and the brushes - gorgeous! Honestly worth getting too (if you buy the full bundle at the start, you end up saving money on the products).

It’s beginning to sound like I either work for them or am an investor - I’m not… I’m just a big fan who in her fifties has spent years (and years) trying to find the perfect foundation and always having had to make do with “very close” ones. Not any more though!

Excellent, straight forward customer service…so rare nowadays.

I took a photo of myself in bright light and ended up with the wrong shade. Vicki was excellent and got me to take another pic with the new shade of foundation on and sorted a new shade which was perfect. Foundation is dreamy also!

Despite a mistake on my first attempt, I must have taken the picture in the wrong light/direct sunlight, so I got in touch and customer support were very helpful and sent me a link for my new picture and the page with the correct shade to send them. A couple of days later my new foundation arrived and it really was a perfect match! Thank you for your help with this :)

I ordered the colour match foundation in natural, full cover. The colour was spot on and it arrived within two days. I asked if there was a tester to compare the natural to radiant finish and they then sent me a full size product, by return of post and free of charge. The service is exemplary and the product excellent.

I have had excellent experiences with this company as the products they offer are uniquely custom tailored to you.

It's really a game changer, not having to buy two foundations but having one perfect one.

They are very responsive to questions and I value how open they are to take onboard feedback. The team consistently goes above and beyond to be helpful and to ensure you receive a great product. The shipping is super speedy too!

I dislike foundation shopping because department-store lighting is peculiar! I'm really glad to have found DCypher. It took three tries to get the shade right (at no extra cost to me) but throughout the customer service has been super-responsive and efficient.

I have used dcypher for a year or so now, and it the best foundation. The AI colour match is a game changer. I did a new scan last week, and when the foundation arrived, the colour wasn't quite right. I got in contact with support, and they asked me some questions, and for some photos, and they re-made my foundation for me with no charge, and the colour is spot on. The customer service is excellent, and so happy with how my make up looks! 100% recommend.

I received my foundation and concealer yesterday, and tested them out exactly as per the instructions. WOW!! They are a PERFECT match for my skin tone - I'm massively impressed. The matte finish is glorious and my skin looks flawless. I also love how lightweight and easy to apply they are, and after wearing both products for several hours there was absolutely no creasing.

I'm not a content creator/influencer, just a professional woman in corporate who has struggled to find the perfect skin-match products until now - exceptionally good products.

Claire at Dcypher was incredibly helpful after I messed up the scanning process, doing the AI scan in a dark room. They’d already made up and processed my order, so very generously sent me the new foundation for free - so I got two bottles for the price of one thanks to their kindness, despite it being my error. Incredible company - so grateful.

I had a really good experience with this company, my first order was almost there but just needed a small adjustment, after answering a few questions and submitting a photo they mixed me a new product which arrive within 3 days and the match was perfect. i'm very happy with the product and service i received- super fast turnaround

Great company offering fantastic products. Very responsive to emails with my questions about the shade (skin ID). Love the foundation and drops I purchased, I am happy to use these two going forward and don’t want to go back to other foundations I was using!

I admit to being a total sceptic that this would deliver and match my skin tone perfectly. I am happy to report I was totally wrong. I never thought I would find a foundation that not only matched my skin tone but doesn't cake or sink into my lines (I'm an old bird) AND looks like my own skin - only better.

Very quick delivery. The match was PERFECT. I ordered the Custom Drops and added 2 drops into my moisturiser. Gave lovely even tone without looking makeupy or clinging to dry patches. I was much cooler and lighter than I had thought, which explains why nothing ever looked right on me.

I'm bang on neutral toned so pre-made foundations are always either too warm or too cool for me. This is the first time I've been able to wear "just a bit of concealer" because the blend is 100%. I was a bit skeptical a match based off just a photo would be good but I was literally like 😮 when putting it on for the first time it was such a good fit. I'm absolutely converted
