Avoid DDGroup like the plague. They keep any money they owe you, and stop responding to queries. [Update: Tips for other people who are owed money by DD Group: If you paid with a credit card and they owe you more than £100, your credit card company will get the money back. If they owe you less than £100, ask the credit card company to do "chargeback" - they will ask whether DDGroup's terms allow refunds, and you can prove this is true by the fact that there is a dedicated email address for refunds. If you accidentally paid ten times what you were supposed to (as one person on here did) and DD Group refuse to refund the money, then CONTACT THE POLICE and a solicitor. It is a criminal offence under the Theft Act 1968 and also Unjust Enrichment.]

This is a review for their online shop (a lot of the reviews here are for their training, which are for some reason combined with reviews for their shop, despite being irrelevant). I ordered several things from them, one of which wasn't in stock. Instead of refunding my money, they gave me credit. But I can't use the credit on their website - I have to use it in a phone order, which will be more expensive than their website, and I don't want to order anything else from them ever again. I emailed them to ask for a refund and was told to email refunds@... (as if they couldn't have forwarded my original email or as if they didn't all work in the same office). I emailed refunds, but never received a reply. I telephoned them to ask for a refund, and was told I would get it, but nothing happened. I have since emailed customerresolution, refunds, contactcentre, and I have had no response at all. I know they are getting my emails as I originally had a reply from contactcentre. They have just taken my money and won't give it back. There's a word for their behaviour. I've asked my credit card company to get chargeback, so I should get my money back. I'm so glad I had a small order with them to test the waters instead of spending a lot. I get all my dental supplies elsewhere.

Rachel Vosper was our Trainer for BLS & Medical Emergencies . She was extremely thorough and found it very interesting and informative throughout. Would totally recommend her and the training with DD.
