Jaguar London promise you the world and you think you getting it, don't let them ceramic coat your car as chances are this may get missed, but you have only paid £550 to get this done, no invoice, no sticker in the window to say its been done, no bottle left with the vehicle and you ask for this to be carried out bring the vehicle back to us and we will do it ??

Stratstone Jaguar i pace appalling condition
I purchased a used top spec Jaguar i pace from an approved Jaguar dealer Stratstone Jaguar Slough.
When i got the car home i found over spray & masking tape over the car plus bonnet wouldn't open properly & the drivers door when opening was catching the wing.
There is no way this pasted Jaguar used car tests. Im 100% sure the car had been fully resprayed & with the over spray plus masking tape still on the car it was like a self prep respray from the 90s costing £99.00.
I also found the service history didnt even comply to Jaguar rules around servicing. Plus in the report they gave me with the car a mileage issue was highlighted & said it would need investigation. I thought used approved Jaguar had a full inspection & history plus mileage was checked !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no way this car passed any proper checks regarding body work & mechanically either. As soon as i drove off there car park there was a rattle from underneath on bumper roads plus a metal catching sound that speeded up with speed.
Promises made by the salesman & business manager for the things i had asked were never kept"d even tho it was part of me agreeing to buy the car.

Non existent after service
Purchased a2022 plated FPace in 2022 from marshalls jaguar lincoln. Got it rejected Dec 2024 when they agreed to purchase it back at a loss to myself with no compensation or good will!
Loss of power coupled with the engine management light showing.
Jaguar assist attended so many times and it went in for 6weeks and apparently had a new part fitted.
Loss of power and engine management came on again,went in for a check and service and guess what the same again and again. Tried to get the car rejected to no avail. My worry was when the warranty runs out who pays?
Calls were ignored ,no call backs,very poor communication.
They took my money they then made me feel I was being a nuisance because I was complaining about a car not fit for purpose with a recurring fault.
I did a one star review and the owner response Sharon asked for my details.
The following day the person we had been trying to get to take the car back emailed me to say all reviews are forwarded to him and that he was disappointed I had given him a 1star review. He went on to say he hoped I could now move forward and that I was enjoying my new car?? Which may I add is a totally different brand and dealership.
But how condescending! and what a quick reply! Surely his response is inappropriate, I have every right to share what genuinely happened to me so that other customers can decide where best to spend their hard earned money.I am not at fault here they are.

Never buy or lease from Jaguar
Unbelievable. I experienced an AC failure and now have to wait 3-4 weeks for ordering parts and replacement. They're not providing any loaner vehicle, nor accepting the vehicle for an early lease return, making me responsible for fixing the issue before returning the vehicle. I'm just so tired after a one-hour conversation with the Jaguar finance agent and her supervisor.
Will Not Honor Warranty Claims
They will do anything to avoid valid warranty claims. A bumper bracket broke. They applied epoxy to the plastic bracket and said that it will hold. I took a picture of the repair in their shop. Now they are saying they can't cover it as they didn't document the epoxy repair in their system, but my request was in the system to fix the bracket.

We have used Marshalls for at least 9 years, have full service history on our cars from them. Had a great repore with the staff
We went through water (followed a Mondeo that had no problem at all) our power steering failed.
We visited Marshalls Ipswich the earliest they could even diagnose the problem (car is undriveable) was January 2024, let alone repair. The general thought it would be the steering rack which will cost 3K to 4K to repair. A 4x4 Jaguar beaten by a Ford Mondeo...
Our daughter lives 3 hours away about to give birth, we need a car!! We asked if we could buy another vehicle from them, part exchange, the lady who dealt with my husband was dismissive the sales team not interested in a 2017 model and the steering rack will need to be fixed" of which they also could not help. We were unable to purchase a car from them...refused??
We will fix the problem, hire a car, and then sell this vehicle and buy a new car from another dealer and will not be buying a Jaguar or be using Marshalls Ipswich again
So sad as this garage used to be so very good....what has happened to this service?
And let’s be honest here, a Jaguar 4x4 with 20 inch wheels cannot go through a puddle where as a Ford Mondeo had no problem? Marshall’s said the steering rack is likely to be the cause as this has happened to another customer and the cost was in excess of 3k Unbelievable really..

NEVER BUYING A JAGUAR CAR AGAIN!!!
Completely unreliable car spending more time in the garage than on the road. I have taken the car in almost 8 times now over the last 2 years for the same problem, and each time I am asked to pay the 'investigation fee' over and over again. Despite the fact that after every investigation and repair the fault continues to show up again.
The fault reappeared showing a warning that I would be unable to restart the engine, so I called ahead to the garage and I was asked to bring the car in on Monday. On arrival, I was instead told there was no availability to take the car in and was instead asked to come back in 2 weeks time. I told them I might not be able to start my car up to bring it to them, but still turned me away. Despite the fact that they have failed to fix my car and left me in this situation, they still wouldn't keep my car on site. Shockingly unreliable car, and dreadful service. Since the service team have failed to fix the fault themselves they have resorted to 'blaming my driving style' for the fault, so they can continue to justify their fee. I have never experience such awful car service in my life.
I took my E-Pace for its first service…
I took my E-Pace for its first service to Marshall Jaguar Lincoln on Friday 29th September 2023 (Appointment time 11:00). Marshal Jaguar Lincoln is an approximate 2 1/2 hr round trip from my home. The vehicle was ready, following 'Valeting' at approximately 12.49hrs (Time on card receipt).
I contacted Marshall Jaguar Lincoln on Saturday morning (30/09/2023) to explain that the Oil Service Indicator was saying that the oil service was due, which had been done as part of the servicing. A member of the service team asked me to return the car and that it would only take 5 minutes to fix. I explained that it was a 2 1/2 hour return journey. I was offered fuel costs but explained that I was not prepared to make the 2 1/2 hour round trip for a 5 minute fix and that I was more concerned about the time and effort that would have to be made, especially considering the amount of time spent the previous day. I was asked if I would be visiting family or friends in the Lincoln are or passing within the next few days. I do not have family or friends in the Lincoln area and had no plans to pass in the near future, most of my travels tend to be north of the Humber.
The member of the service team said all he could do was to offer fuel costs if I brought the vehicle in or that he would email the service manager to contact me on Tuesday 3rd October 2023 as this was the date he would next be in work. I asked that the service manager should contact me on the suggested date.
On the morning of Tuesday 3rd October 2023 I notice that the left near-side bonnet of my car was slightly protruding, following investigation I concluded that the bonnet had not been secured correctly. Marshall Jaguar Lincoln were the last to close the bonnet following their service on Friday 29th September 2023. I secured the bonnet myself.
Late Tuesday evening on 3rd October 2023 I noticed that I had a missed call from Marshal Jaguar Lincoln which had been made at 17:55hrs, the service workshop closes at 18:00hrs. I have to question why the call to me was made so late in the day!
On Wednesday 4th October 2023 I made a call to Jaguar Client Care at 10:22 as I had not heard anything further from Marshall Jaguar Lincoln and have still not heard anything from them to date (5th October 2023).
Jaguar Client Care recommended that I use Jaguar Assist to visit my property to reset the Oil Service Indicator on the vehicle of which an appointment has been made for Friday 6th October 2023.
Conclusion:
At a cost of £499.99 the Service Indicator was not reset and the bonnet had not been secured correctly. The Workshop Servicing Actions & Servicing Items Check List, which clearly states to reset the service indicator and other items, has clearly been check off hastily. This leaves me to question; what other items have not been done or checked that have also been hastily checked off?
From arrival at Marshall Jaguar Lincoln at approximately 11:00hrs and paying for the 'Work' carried out at 12:49hrs that equates to 1hr 49min for the work including taking the vehicle away for valeting at a cost of £499.99 including parts and VAT. The cost of parts, Oil in particular, is extortionate.
I don't believe that my vehicle has been serviced correctly given the time it was 'actually' in the workshop and I have not been afforded the 'customer care and service' that Marshall Jaguar Linclon are so 'eager' to promote.
My E-Pace is the second, and will be the last, vehicle that I shall purchase from Marshall Jaguar Lincoln and I will be taking my future purchases and servicing elsewhere.

The worst experience of my life. These people say and promise anything to get the sales. They are racist, they make promises they don't keep. The after sales and customer care are non existent. I have complained several times and the Manager can't be bothered to even acknowledge the complaint. The complaint was for them to deliver a promise they made to have my car sprayed. I bought the car as they promised to spray the scratches. I hate this company. Absolutely shocked and distrusted with a brand deemed to be high end. It is actually the lowest of the low. If you want great customer care and satisfaction DO NOT VISIT JAGUAR GRANGE BARNET especiallyif you are black. I went to drop off my car there and one of their parts delivery men started shouting at me for parking my car where I did, I ignored him but whilst I was stood at reception he came up to me and continued hurling abuse at me. Apparentlyhe thought I was one of the workers. Which goes to show exactly how they treat their black workers. Disgusting and shameful.

Family member who owns his own garage said the wiring was a 10 minute job that cost £20 (and fault all resolved). Pads and discs replaced for the half the price.

Dont lease or buy a Jaguar. I’m leasing the F-type, worst service from this dealer! Leased BMW cars b4, VW for my son, even my friend’s Chevy dealer gives better service. Horrible customer experiences for 2.5 years now. Always try to slip in extra charges and no reminders on maintenance schedule. Disputing a maintenance charge at this time after the umpth time figthing with them over service related issues that should be covered. My car’s computer showed service was due and when I called to set it up, Brad(a very unfriendly rep) told me I was too late. Car has 23k on it and should be serviced every 16k or year whichever comes first. Never received a text, reminder or was briefed of this policy. I already had 2 services done so why they deny the free (lease) maintenance in covid times is beyond me. I took this issue up with Jaguar and that proved worthless because this dealer does not want to cooperate. Go else where if u want a Jaguar. I was planning to purchase one, but no longer. Ill purchase somsthing else but NEVER a jaguar!!

Purchased a used Jaguar XE from Guy Salmon Coventry. Due to covid, everything had to be completed remotely. From the negotiation of my trade-in, to making the purchase everything went very smoothly. When I collected the car it was very well presented. Very pleased.

Poor customer service at Jaguar
Six weeks after taking delivery of my new Jaguar Ipace, I had to bring it in for service. Although the service department treated me quite well, I had to leave my car there for a total of 31 days (mostly waiting for parts) and the dealership could NOT provide me with a courtesy car during that extended time. Instead, I had to rent a car at my own expense. Very unprofessional and not something I would expect from a high-end car company.
