Scam. I was dumb enough to fall for this scam. Saya it was delivered but nothing delivered. When I complained they told to to wait a lil longer. Eventually I received a package. 2 fake coins. Going through PayPal to request refund.
Ordered Feb 6. Received fake coins march 19
I bought silver eagle coins that never arrived and of course no one gets back with you when you email them. True thieves. 100%scam
I've been trying for several weeks to obtain a Morgan silver dollar. I purchased the Morgan silver dollar set and the 1882 coin was missing. I received an extra 1892 coin. After several attempts to contact Dealupgo, no one has answered my inquiries. Very frustrating not getting my complete Morgan silver dollar set.
They were advertising US Silver Eagles at discounted prices. I bought ten. It took six weeks to receive them. I took them to a reputable coin dealer I often use and he said they were counterfeit. They have no value at all. I am out about $100. Dealupgo is a scam company.
They sent me counterfeit coins. It was copper plated in silver so they were worth nothing. I emailed at least 10 times with no response.
I placed my order a month ago, cannot track my purchase or get any shipping information on my purchase, I've contacted the company many times and cannot get an answer, I will definitely not use or recommend this company to anyone,
These people are total scammers out of Malaysia selling fake coins or not shipping orders at all. Ship me one order of fake Morgan silver dollars which I they improperly packed anyway so they all arrive damaged and the second order of the $2 and a half gold pieces were never shipped at all. One order was $149 the other was $129. I complained to them and ask for a refund they offered me $60 on one order nothing on the other they didn't ship. Total scammer selling fake coins or not shipping at all. I'm sure they're selling a lot of other items so avoid this company completely
I received my coins as they described 40 silver eagle coins they do take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive but finally received an appreciate that I was convince from all the previous read reviews 31.1 grams of silver per coin
I can't understand how companies like this are in business, they advertise silver and gold coins at 70%off, obviously if it's to good to be true then it probably is. The gold coins clearly state that there gold plated, but the silver coins say . 999 silver, isn't this false advertisement??? They also say there minted by the US Mint, and graded by ngc
Anyone who believes they can get 26 silver Morgan's for $140 deserves to be scammed.
The coins are counterfeit...base metal no silver content...
Received my product, albeit in a damaged package.
Coins were in plastic containers and in good shape.
I ordered the 28-piece Morgan Silver Dollar set from Dealupgo. After a long wait and multiple emails—most of which went unanswered—I finally received 28 coins that resembled Morgans… but even without being an expert, I could tell something was wrong.
To be sure, I took them to a certified numismatist. His verdict: counterfeit. The coins were inconsistent in weight, had no detectable silver content, and showed signs of artificial blackening and surface abrasion. They weren’t even worth melt value.
When I finally got a response from Dealupgo, they offered me $20—claiming they had to “pay for the coins and free shipping.” That’s less than 2.1% of the actual melt value, and a complete insult to any collector.
Selling counterfeit U.S. currency is a federal crime under Title 18 U.S. Code §§ 471–473. Whether it’s used to bait buyers, launder funds, or mislead collectors, it’s illegal. My bank is now investigating the charge, and I’ve reported the incident to the appropriate authorities.
To make matters worse, Dealupgo ships from China—but you don’t find that out until they send a tracking number. That’s how they avoid cancellations: once it’s “shipped,” they claim it’s out of their hands. For a full refund, they expect you to mail counterfeit money through a U.S. carrier, which is itself a federal offense
