debbie fortune estate agents Reviews

Were very proactive in sending us property details when we were looking to buy in their location and specifically for the type of houses we were looking for. Very efficient with the whole process after we found and getting our purchase to completion especially Stevie, the Move Manager, who was very helpful, a pleasure to deal with as are all the staff we met.

Viewing Consultant Wendy was very accommodating and informative. Friendly and professional throughout. Very refreshing.

In the process of selling our relatives home in a particularly stressful time, the Debbie fortune move manager allowed buyers to access the property prior to completion whereupon they decimated the garden and trespassed on the property. We did not feel looked after by estate agency andyer we complained annd the buyers trespassed again and then tried to claim money for damages they caused whilst trespassing. We felt this was just a process for them after they failed to complete the sale when it sold over year ago. We made a complaint and this has been brushed off and swept under the carpet by the directors. Particularly unhelpful disjointed sales team with no dedicated focal person. Poor estate agency, look elsewhere- plenty in the locality.

Wendy showed us round 3 properties after telling her what we’re looking for. Very nice to find an estate agent who is pro active about trying to sell properties.

We have been renting from Debbie Fortune for the last 18 months and from the start they have been friendly and approachable. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently with excellent communication. Thanks Vicki for all your help.

I would also like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on the Debbie Fortune rental team, who have been simply outstanding in their communication and support - both during our move and again during our viewing of different property.

Your customer service is exemplary, and I encourage you to keep up the excellent work you are well ahead of the industry standard.

Excellent service, very professional and helpful when my move was bogged down by solicitors. Would highly recommend.

The staff at Debbie Fortune have been very professional and helpful. The process from going on the market has been smooth sailing and we have completed really quickly. Staff kept us informed of viewings and feedback and were extremely caring and kind as this was a probate sale. special mention to Stevie who holds the reins tightly with the sales progression. Recommend highly.

We decided to sell our property through Debbie Fortune at the Wedmore office.
The whole team have been very professional. From the initial enquiry to valuation and showing potential purchasers around the property the whole team have been outstanding !
Many thanks to you all.

We currently rent through Debbie Fortune and are now looking to buy. The service provided by the Debbie Fortune has been excellent. I'd like to single out Sophie from the Congresbury office. She has been most helpful in our search and very professional.

We were delighted with the service provided by Debbie Fortune estate agents. The whole team we found professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Stevie in particular provided an excellent service keeping us constantly updated with progress on our sale.

We chose Debbie Fortune to sell our property as they had previous success selling properties in our area. It was a perfect choice, as we had great service from start to finish. Each member of staff was helpful and supportive, starting with Elliot who showed round prospective buyers and ending with Stevie who finalized the sale details. We were kept informed at every stage We would not hesitate to recommend them.

The member of staff who showed us round the property, was very nice, very friendly and answered all our questions, her name was Joanna.😃

Being involved in a chain can lead to delays and frustrations caused by lack of communication. I was at the top of a chain, with Scott Higgins dealing with my purchase. There were several setbacks throughout the negotiations but it was always Scott who took the time to communicate down the chain and keep the proceedings moving. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will certainly be using him when I next move house.

This was so refreshing! Jo was the first agent I’ve experienced who actually wanted to sell the property she was showing us. Her open & honest enthusiasm for the house was completely infectious. Wish they were closer to us to be able to market ours! Thank you!

I have recently sold a property through Debbie Fortune Estate Agents. All the staff have been utterly professional throughout the whole process. From valuation with Neil, the warm and friendly greeting from Jo, the final negotiations with Elliott and the sales progression with Stevie.
All the staff have gone above and beyond to help and advise me in what can undoubtedly be a stressful process. I would definitely use them again!!

Absolutely faultless whilst dealing with Samantha and Victoria. From This company.
Its always an anxious time letting and moving. I had many questions and never felt anything was too much trouble from these guys. Quick and professional responses. Thank you so much for what I was dreading would be stressful, to a and pleasurable experience. I really appreciate all the effort that goes on behind the scenes. Highly recommended 5 *

I would highly recommend Debbie fortune we have bought a property with them and especially Stevie was so so helpful throughout my journey with some issues along the way and nothing was ever too much for her taking my calls when she finished work to sort the problem I would definitely use them again in the future sell and buy all the team is lovely and kind what more could u ask for when you have the service u need thank u again for all your hard work.

My elderly dad recently used Debbie Fortune to sell his property after he found a property to buy that was listed with them. All the way through the process they were really helpful in explaining things to my dad, they then followed this up with a call to me so I was aware of the progress. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and every was dedicated to helping the process run smoothly and answer any questions we had. Moving day went smoothly with the Debbie Fortune team keeping contact with all parties. Even after my dad moved in we had a couple of questions with the new property and they were able to find us the answers. Id not have second thoughts in recommending the team or using them again myself.

Jo met us at the property and she was very welcoming warm and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area and was able to answer all our questions. She showed us around but then gave us plenty of time to go around on our own to consider if it was definitly right for us. There was no pressure out on us at all. Jo very quickly sensed that we had fallen in love with the property and has worked so hard to secure it for us. What a lovely lady you have working for you Debbie Fortune estate agents !
