Debtbook has helped us to organize our bond schedules. They have continued to improve the Debtbook experience by listening to what users want. They have added disclosures that will be a huge benefit. They continue to provide ongoing education to help you feel more confident and to fully use the software. Although the product is terrific, I believe the strongest part of the company is its customer service. They are always available to help and guide in a very timely manner.

So happy we partnered with the fine folks at DebtBook. The implementation process has been excellent. All of the team have been patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It's was a little challenging in finding all of our leases from way back, but once it was all uploaded, DebtBook did their "thing" and the information is readily available and all in one place. I would definitely recommend the product and company.

The DebtBook Team took a leadership role in ensuring the County's staff fully understand the application to ensure we would have the best success.

From the beginning the implementation process was simple. After going live and using the lease and debt side, everything has been functioning well. We look forward to adding the subscription management system.

Just finished the subscriptions GASB 96 module with Paul Miller, the Implementation Manager. We've previously been using DebtBook for bonds and leases. Paul was very thorough and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend the product.

We look forward to working with your team on implementing the subscription GASB requirements .. but ... we really are not that "excited" about new GASB requirements!!! They are so much work unless you have great software like yours and your ROCKSTAR team we can survive what GASB throws our way!!

Overall implementation process for GASB 87 was seamless. Great customer service and provide lots of training tools i.e. Debtbook University. Debtbook is easy to navigate and there is plenty of reporting options.

What made this experience great was the proactive approach the Debtbook team took from the time of signing the contract to the final review of the application. The team was transparent with how the implementation would work when it came to their review and provided accurate timelines, which allowed for a smooth audit of GASB 87 with our Auditor of State. The trainings, which were recorded for later review, were incredibly insightful and easily explained what our responsibilities were and how to properly use the application. Should a question arise, there was always a team member available. The application itself was easy to use and very well-organized. We had over 50 leases so the expert review of those agreements allowed us to focus on other aspects of the GAAP compilation instead of going through hundreds of pages of lease agreements. I would give 6 stars if I could.

DebtBook has been a great tool for our Staff. Everyone in the Finance area has access to see all of our major Debt payments. Plus our history is on the report and building for future employees which will be valuable has staff moves on and new individuals begin. This is major compared0 to our old process.

I have worked with Adam Fekini and he is wonderful!! No matter how many times, I ask the same question, he responds with a smile. He is always pleasant no matter what!! I truly thank him for being VERY PATIENT with me, as I do not know or understand much about DebtBook. I do believe once I grasp on to how everything works, it would only be because of this young man!! He sends me all kinds of information that can help me plus goes out of his way to help me in anyway that he can! He is truly a Blessing!!! Also, I wanted to add that he is very Professional at all times!!

Debtbook came highly recommended by our audit firm. The staff and support have been great from implementation to training and going live. The transition process is fairly simple. Itzel and Trevor were great during the GASB87 lease implementation, and we are now working with Casey on the GASB96 SBITAs who I'm sure will be great as well. The system support is responsive and helpful. The resource guides and webinars are much appreciated as well!

My experience working with DebtBook has been great. Implementing Gasb 96 was a tedious, long process that requires attention to very specific details but, Bridget our implementation manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us and our questions. The software is clear and easy to learn.

Both Adam Fekini and Paul Miller were excellent to work with. We especially appreciated Paul's willingness to teach, guide, and explain in such a thorough and non-condescending way. He seemed happy to train. His expertise with Debtbook was obvious and made it easy to learn and trust his guidance. Debtbook is extremely user friendly and offers great customization.

Debtbook gives you a great deal of assurance and confidence that your compliance with GASB mandates will be met that would otherwise leave you with a huge deficiency to resolve. I enjoy the support team's receptiveness and astute guidance with the software and material.

The service and implementation at DebtBook are outstanding. The product is easy to use and comprehensive for both lease and debt tracking. It was a lifesaver for us with the transition into GASB87 requirements since we have 20+ leases to manage and using Excel would have been a nightmare. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a robust solution to handle a large number of debt/lease/subscription agreements.

Paul Miller was great on my subscription implementation. He was patient with all my questions and sent me copies of processes and instructions to help me to understand everything.
