DCG Group was a complete disappointment. They didn’t actually lower any of my payments, they just delayed things from going into default for a couple of weeks. Then my account was “accidentally” frozen, which forced me to shut down my business altogether. They did not do what they said they would do, and working with them was a waste of both energy and time. I do not recommend them at all.

DCG helped me with my situation. Patricia has gone above and beyond for me. Representing me and considering my needs, also making things happen for me. She answers all my questions and always follows up with me. She is awesome!! Thank you Patricia.

I was contacted back in January by this company to help me with a MCL loan that I had taken out. I was put in a tough spot financially when my husband died. This is the biggest mistake I have made in my life. They are not honest with their customers. I was given a proposal of a settlement with the original company of around 60% of what I owed and then $15,000 of their fees. This made the amount close to what I owed originally but made the payment smaller for me. When I was sent the settlement I assumed that the fees were included. They settled for almost the amount I owed the original company. How does this benefit me at all? I was told I would be making 54 payments, I found out today that it more like 80 payments. How could the proposal and the actual be so far off? When I asked these questions I could never get an answer. I have gone through 5 different case managers, one that even questioned if my husband actually died. I would have been better off negotiating with my original company. They are not truthful ruined my business credit for nothing.

I want to thank Alquinton from Debt Consultant Group for all his support and dedication from day one when I reached out for help. Thanks to God and all the good in the world, I settled my debt yesterday after a year; I finally finished, all thanks to this wonderful team. May God bless you all.

This company contacts me by phone and by text and I’ve never consented to being contacted. I will be filing a federal civil complaint for TCPA violations. My phone number has been on the DNC registry for 15+ years.

Never once contacted this company and they repeatedly contact me via Text, Robocalls, Phone Calls. Even after several attempts to "opt out" they continue to call, violating TSR and DNC Laws...

She is the best consultant, she’ll do the best to keep you in good standard with your company.
