We are in a WORSE off spot than we were before, with the fees on top of the settlement we now owe MORE money, and because we listened to them and stop making payments while they negotiated, the original loan holder is threatening leans. Do not work with this company, it’s a giant scam, they make money and do nothing for you.

This company constantly text messages you when you never contacted them and they don’t stop and just today I received seven calls from the same person from this company in one morning.
I have asked multiple times to not be contacted by this company again and they continue to do so. More than 100 text messages from this company and 47 phone calls in just the last four months. I don’t have any MCA loans and I certainly don’t need a company like this. My number has also been on the do not call registry for more than 15 years.

I will be filing a federal lawsuit against this company for TCA violations and harassment.

Alondra has been extremely diligent, helpful and responsive for us. We are very pleased with the service we are receiving from her and DCG. It's been a great experience thus far.

I really enjoy working with my case worker. However, getting information from my legal team is non existent. They are negotiating terms on my behalf, yet I have never received any documents explaining the terms being negotiated or the process of what happens with my payments each week. Are they being held in an escrow account? Are they being distributed to my original lender? Are they paying fees to DCG first before distributing funds to my lender?
All correspondence goes through my case worker and she is always easy to get in touch with, but I feel there is no real transparency on how my case is being handled with the legal team on my behalf with the lender

The communication has been awesome! Darrell has been available to answer all of our questions, no matter how many we have. Always professional and willing to explain (more than once) to help me understand this process.

Darrell has taken care of my account in a professional manner even though there have been a few speedbumbs.
