Cannot say enough about DCG and Alondra… I always get a response and answers to what is going on all the time. The process is stressful.. but they are professional and they and there every time to walk me through the process as it unfolds.

SAMMAURAE B. was one of those people and was very respectful, helpful and understanding on both sides of the process. Truely an asset to their company. I have mixed feelings about this company overall, as I haven’t been satisfied with how certain situations have been handled. However, I do want to highlight one very positive aspect of my experience.
When we first started, we were assigned a case manager, Alondra, and she has been an absolute guiding light throughout the process. She is consistently professional, checks in weekly with updates, and is always quick to respond whenever I reach out with questions or concerns. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, outline possible outcomes, and offer helpful suggestions.
Because of her outstanding service and support, my rating reflects the positive experience I’ve had working with her.
