I talk with DOE and was just informed that this company has fraudulent took paidment from me. Now I have to file a claim against the transaction. FYI call the DOE before going through third party assistance.

Staff are polite and answer questions well. They repeat information as needed because sometimes the phone connection is muddled. Very detailed and informative. They spoke and I wrote all information. Thank you for selecting my student loan debt.
