Thanks to James Kalis!!!! Which he’s actually made my day !!! I was unaware of my student debt until I received the email that I’ve fell into default. James was more than helpful & very informative! I was able to ask questions and get the correct feedback. He broke EVERYTHING down to me which made it easier for me to understand what was going on. He did a great & was also very nice! Steve Modde was very freindly and patient with me. I had given him my concern about being scammed in the past from someone claiming to assist me with my debt payments. He assured me that this program was legit and I would not have to worry. I felt comfortable speaking with him and sharing my personal information. I look forward to have this debt reduced so that I can breath a little easier.

James was very sympathetic and empathetic to my situation. He was very thorough with the information that I needed to know. He gave me certain information that gave me reason to trust him. I have other companies call and tried to get mat to pay large amounts of money and asked for information that they should have had.
