The Agent Craig Gustafson was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained everything to me and recapped at the end everything that was going to transpire. In the past when I talked to different servicers, the agent would just tell me what I had to do and send the applications via email. The agents would help some, but I believe Mr. Gustafson went above and beyond.

SO happy with Debt Ease and Katelyn F in particular. I carefully researched 3 highly recommended and credentialed student debt companies to eliminate my student debt. Katelyn was the only one to come extremely well prepared with detailed comparisons and well reasoned advice. Debt Ease is an excellent choice and I was somewhat concerned as to how much work from them I could expect; however, Katelyn was comforting and well educated in everything that made me uneasy. and one of the best companies l've ever worked with before. Katelyn was ALWAYS readily available (we used emailing mostly for efficiency) and is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job at two open houses selling to prospects. Their pricing saved me lots of grief and I was happy anbout the outcome one. Just Awesome...... Can't imagine using anyone else after this
