Debbie has been such a help! She made me feel at ease about the whole process, made me feel relieved and most importantly did not make me feel embarrassed about my situation. Despite having a good job, with a very decent wage my debts from the past were eating me away! Going into IVA was not an easy decision, however Debbie explained everything to me, kept me posted on every little step and went above and beyond helping me getting it sorted! Now I know I can manage going forward, and in five years be debt free! Thank you so much Debbie you’re an absolute star.

At first was very good, got in contact when they said, felt a little rushed at some points and other options were only given to me once I asked about them, also the cost was higher than I was originally told which is worrying and could put me in hardship but I was not made aware of that until after I had signed.
Also had to chase for information as this was not forthcoming.
