I was hesitant whether I should have gone with one or three stars, but we were off to a great start. Then I was not informed that even my bank account that I did not put forward was going to be closed down. And this was the account where I got paid, and all my bills got paid out of. Terrible. This is the last thing a person going through my situation needs. And for some reason, i have to keep calling to get them to take payment as the direct debit doesn’t seem to work.

Honestly best choice we have made. Can finally start heading in the right directions with saving . Michael from start to finish was amazing and so easy to deal with . We were a bit shy but gave it a go after decline after decline from others. Some times it gets overwhelming and hard to ring up and speak about these issues but once you to it is amazing and huge stress off our shoulders .everyone I Spoke to was amazing . I forgot the guy who rang to say it had been processed all that but he was awesome as well.

The people I dealt with were very helpful, explained everything to make the decision easier for me.
