Fun and fair

I have been back and forth for days with these folks. I play a lot of casinos online. I haven't had trouble with any of them when it comes to pay out. Decode on the other hand is fighting me tooth and nail when it comes to my address verification. I downloaded my bank statement with my full name and address. It's been declined multiple times and when I asked them why so I can go to my bank and obtain the correct document they refuse to tell me why. I went into live chat and finally got someone to tell me that my name doesn't appear on the statement which it clearly does. This is my first time I've actually tried to withdraw money and it is an absolute nightmare getting money out of these folks. It's my opinion they want you to get frustrated so you'll give up and just spend the money instead of them having to pay. I went to my bank and got my statement in printed form and it is identical to the E statement I downloaded. I've uploaded other documents from the department of motor vehicles with my full name and address and they denied those. I've sent my W-2 form in with my full name and address. They denied that. I suggest immediately getting verified before you put any money in there if you're going to play at this casino because they're extremely shady when it comes to paying the customer. If I could rate them any lower than a one I would.

This is an excellent casino to play at.,The game selection is incredible. Been playing at Decode for about a week now and love it so far. The verification was quick but I’m still waiting on my withdrawal. I understand though because of security measures it could take a few days especially for your first withdrawal. I play a lot of online casinos and social casinos so when I came across Decode Casino and their promotion bonus of 25 trial spins that you could claim $200 from and even advertised consecutive freebies allowed I thought that’s a awesome deal let’s try it! Dont waste your time on these clowns. I signed up, went to the WOW25SPINS promotion, clicked claim bonus and got an error message that this code couldn’t be claimed at this time. Thinking it was just a glitche and double checking there were no criteria or deposits that had to be met which there weren’t, I tried again and again and again, still no luck. Then I thought well consecutive freebies allowed I’ll try the 10 free spin code just to see if something worked and it did but it was a joke and won nothing but least I can try the 25 free spins again. Nope now I have to deposit money because I used my first welcome bonus already. What!? Only because the code I wanted wouldn’t work but was promoted as working and allowed to have consecutive freebies but now it’ll work but only after deposit. Decode is a joke and I won’t be back. Didn’t even want to give it one star however I will say, although completely useless, unhelpful and contradictory, customer support was quick to connect with and replied in a fast manner so I guess they can have the one star because they won’t get my 💸

This place left a bitter taste in my mouth than sour patch candy and i have not even played yet. It looks so raggedy, like a internet page straight out from the 80s with a few decent providers but mostly Rival, RTG and other unknown nobodies that i have never heard of. I have been harassed by them by email for months now to try their site, do not even know how i ended up on their email list but whatever. Probably some other vile casino sharing their email list. Would not be surprised, 2 minds think a like and in this case of broke down shady vile casinos, Decode breaks rceords. I have never seen a casino go so out of his way with the stupidest of excuses not to honor their word. I this time received a promo that seemed to be good, first in months of their harassing i receive by email, multiple times a week. 100% match bonus with a sister code for a 50$ credit, i always wondered why they made 2 part, 2 code bonuses instead of just packaging it all together. I do the deposit and copy the amount needed for the promo directly from their site plus a few given it was crypto, in case it goes down in mean time. It is something that can happen. But what i had not planned was for the casino to give such a small number in first place that, even with the extra, i still came short. 3 cents short that is...yep 3 cents. You think support would be understanding and i dont know...supportive maybe right? Well this vile of a woman named Willow (at this point, given their shabby ways i doubt that is her real name, but she so bad at being support that she is definitely worth mentionning here) let me know that promo did not work, because of said 3 cents and that even though i had used amount straight up demanded from their site plus some to make sure, it was not her problem and arrogantly let me me know there was nothing she could do, not arrange it manually niet. ( keep that in mind, especially the manually arrange part, its about to come in play) so bitterly I proceed to second deposit with the same code, it was still activated in my account and still offered to use with a deposit. So i do second deposit and there i notice huge discrepancy in the crypto amounts demanded from their site and what the amount says it represents in my crypto wallet. Im starting to get the image but still, decide to proceed with what my wallet says is amount needed plus a little extra again, just in case. Aaaaaand wait, and wait, and wait......to finally realise transaction has been finalised on blockchain for a moment now. Back to support, fingers crossed, we could pass on willow for sloppy seconds, she vile did i mention? Well to not much of a surprise, this second woman named Maye, just as bad as Willow at her job. Online casinos so disconnected from reality, rare do they do their best to make sure people are satisfied as would a land casino. She ends up making me wait and wait and wait and the wording she uses will remind me of Willow for my third interaction with support ( yes another, did i not mention how competent these people were wink wink) ( i pretty much think they are same person also, like how much people do they need to work support in such an unsupportive way in a broke down zino anyways am i right?) to finally let me know since i used same address as first deposit that it was not showing up since every transaction uses a different wallet address. I have never seen that nowhere, that same currency will use different address for every transaction. I doubt it be more BS but whatever. and i wait, and waiiiiit and wait, but finallly she arranges my deposit! It is in! But guess what? no bonus! So i ask no bonus? To which she just ends conversation without answering a few minutes later and no possibility of replying given that is what happens when they close the discussion. So here we go for round 3 of what i now know is the most unsupportive support employees ever! To my pleasure it is our dear friend Willow. She ends up making me wait aaaaaand wait....and wait with oh to similar wording than her friend Maye and after much waiting lets me know she still tending to my query? Tending to what i ask? given this time I have right amount depositted, promo still activated in my account, what is there to verify additionally?!
She replies immediately, that indeed promo has been activated, she went and activated it manually to, which she had said was impossible first time around. At this point in time i figure she cannot have already forgotten having said it was impossible for her, I figure they hire short term memory employees for grants or something. So i ask her if the second code will still work for the 50 credit to which she lets me know that no, given i had used code with first address even though same currency it would not, to come back after, arrogantly adding that they would add me 20 spins again manually...i doubt those 20 spins would come up anywhere close.
