Wrong item was sent and customer service never responded to my email.

I’m really impressed with this bamboo sheet set from Deconovo. The fabric feels incredibly soft and silky, almost like hotel-quality bedding. After washing them, they became even softer and held up really well without losing their smooth texture.

What I love most is how breathable and cooling these sheets are. They stay comfortable throughout the night and don’t trap heat, which is perfect if you tend to sleep warm. The fitted sheet also has nice deep pockets and stays securely on the mattress without slipping off.

The quality feels great for the price, and they make the bed look and feel so much more luxurious. I would definitely recommend these sheets if you’re looking for something soft, comfortable, and cooling.

The velvet curtains are great quality. Customer service was excellent in guiding me through the customization process and their website has very useful tools for determining dimensions. I highly recommend this company for custom curtains

I’m so happy with these linen curtains! They’re light, airy, and bring such a soft, natural vibe to the room. The fabric feels high-quality, and the way they catch the daylight is just beautiful. A perfect touch of coziness without blocking the light.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing online from Bed Bath & Beyond (now managed by Overstock) and their partner seller, Deconovo. I used to trust this store before they shut down, but the “new” version is nothing like the old one. If you're thinking of buying from them online, especially anything handled by a third-party seller—DON’T.

The return process is almost impossible unless you’re willing to spend extra money and jump through endless hoops.

Here’s what happened:

You can’t simply return the item on the Bed Bath & Beyond/Overstock website.
You have to apply for a return, and then you get a message telling you to contact the partner seller directly.

Deconovo’s response was unbelievable.
They told me that if the curtain doesn’t fit my window, that’s my problem—not theirs. No complimentary return. No option to drop it off at a store because there is no physical store.

You have to PAY for your own return shipping.
This alone is bad, but it doesn’t end there.

They make the return process a job.
After paying for shipping, I had to take a photo of the receipt and email it back to them. Then they wanted me to list how many items I’m returning—obviously the entire purchase, but apparently they need you to spell that out.

Overall, the whole experience was exhausting, unprofessional, and completely customer-unfriendly. What used to be a decent store has become a frustrating, expensive mess due to terrible return policies and lack of accountability from their partner sellers.

Save yourself the headache. DO NOT buy online from the new Bed Bath & Beyond or anything fulfilled by Deconovo.

Terrible business practices

I ordered from them through Bed, Bath, and Beyond. We don't have home USPS delivery here in rural Alaska, so when during checkout I was told that they can't ship to PO Boxes I gave my street address, wrongly assuming that they'd be sending via a parcel service. When the package couldn't be delivered it took several contacts to convince them that the package was being returned. They told me that I'd be receiving a refund. When the refund didn't arrive I contacted them again and they finally did provide a refund, for $16.18 less than I paid. Their customer service is awful.

Amazing experience with Deconovo! I have a window in my bedroom that was larger than the maximum allowed size to order. I was able to reach out to customer service and they quickly helped me come up with the measurements for my curtain and place this custom order. I am so happy with the quality and it's truly a 100% blackout! I can sleep well throughout the night without any sunlight coming in. Highly recommend!!

What can I say except these are exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful, heavy, elegant, and quality made. These curtains are amazing. Yet they flow so elegantly. They make our home feel cozy and warm. The customer service is top notch and polite. Always responsive and there to help with all our needs. Thank you for all your help and knowledge.

Great customer service in a time of nonexistent customer service! Drapes came out even better than expected and Deconovo support team was very helpful making sure everything came out correctly. I couldn't be happier! I recommend without reservation!

I gave a 4 star for 2 reasons. First, the drapes took several weeks to arrive. Much longer than I would have thought. Second, I had ordered a placket style that was both straps and pocket. It came only with a pocket. It works ok, I really wanted to straps in the back, but I didn't want to send it all back, so I am making it work. Dissappointed, though.

Love love the quality of the curtain, the color is something that compliments my home

We ordered curtains and they didn't turn out to be right for the room. The color was off from the description and the length wasn't right. The quality was less than expected. Which was disappointing. We tried to return the curtains but were told that they can only be returned if they are defective. This is a terrible policy and will be our deciding factor to never do business with them ever again.
