The order process was quick doing it online. But when I called to find out when the cartridge would be delivered, they said they needed to talk to me about verifying my order. So that was done on Thursday. On Monday they left a message wanting to talk to me about verifying my order, again. It was straightened out and we received the cartridge about five days later. Not a huge problem, but their software needs to be cleaned up.

2 weeks after ordering my product hasn't shipped, and the company doesn't respond to email inquiries and is unreachable by phone. Of course, they sent me an email updating my order as "shipped", but 3 days later the USPS tracking number they gave me reports that USPS hasn't even received the product to be shipped!

I placed 2 orders on a saturday. This part was offerred at a great price and delivery was super fast. The other order was cancelled on Monday as not in stock. Three stars on that one but definitely 5 stars on the product that they actually had in stock.

I was able to purchase the Toto toilet drain valve in less than 5 minutes after wasting excessive time trying to buy one from Lowes and Home Depot. I called the 800 number 15 minutes after Friday posted closing service hours and phone was answered by knowledgeable CSR that knew the Toto product line and application. Based on my experience I would recommend their service and pricing. This new Toto tower valve design finally solved my leaking toilet flapper that has been a problem for years. Extremely easy to install.

Excellent service! My husband and I desperately were searching for missing hardware for our new Duravit toilet. Everywhere else it was going to take 3-6 weeks, but Scott at Decorative Plumbing had the missing hardware in their stock and overnighted it to us. He was incredibly helpful, thorough, and friendly. Honestly was a lifesaver and we're forever appreciative.

It's been two and a half weeks, and I have no idea where my order is. No itemized receipt. Contact information on email invoice is incorrect (phone number doesn't connect, had to look them up on their website instead). I attempted to contact them 6 times, only received voice mail (and I left messages). This morning I called them again twice, and I heard someone answer the phone and put it back down each time. They never returned my calls and never contacted me about my order. For some reason, they picked up when my husband called. You'd think if they needed time to receive a backordered part, the least they could do is let their customer know. As of now, I'm still waiting on parts and I'm pretty skeptical that they're even going to arrive.

Scott from DPP was the epitome of Customer Service. Polite, patient, and very helpful. I needed a unique part and was struggling to find out which was the proper replacement. Scott was essential and helped deduce which part was truly required for the job I had.

I will definitely be sharing details on DPP with other friends working on bathroom remodels.

I received a the high quality replacement part that i was expecting. The delivery was fast with no issues.

Should have known!
ordered Phylrich VB1001CNL for faucet purchased in 1998. According to the site, (and the paperwork that was originally included with the faucet) this would be the proper replacement. However, a design change somewhere along the line meant the part actually worked in terms of shutting off the water, but, the lever/trim adapters would not attach properly.

Turns out the LC499CNL is an updated version of the valve that eliminates the need for the adapters. So, had to order one of those. It works, but, it requires a different bolt to hold on the lever, which is NOT included.
Also, the part shipped is actually marked LVCART001, (NOT LC499) which and has no markings indicating it's a genuine Phylrich part. It works, but, doesn't allow the trim pieces to be installed to match with the originals. My guess is it's most likely produced by a different company.
I would include pictures so others would be aware, but I don't see a way to attach them.
