Whether you've shopped at DedictdStudio or Dedictd the customer service standard remains the same. UK/Sheffield born movement. First broke out in to the retail scene via Depop. Amassing thousands of reviews and sales. We now have our own website and are situated in multiple store branches across the UK. On one branch we Buy/Sell and Customise couture. On the other we have an Exclusive Luxury fashion brand. Where creativity has no boundaries. The ethos of our brand embodies being Dedicated. Every item is curated or handcrafted, portraying that with hard work and determination it is possible to turn nothing into something. Recycling/ Upcycling plays a pivotal role on in our brand. We buy used, bring them back to life, then re sell them. Rehoming them. Recycling trainers not only reduces greenhouse gasses and saves landfill space but also reduces costly consumerism. This is why when you shop at Dedicated, you shop sustainably and for the future.

they will scam youuuu!!

I made a return with Dedictd as what I received was beyond despicable quality and not at all what I paid for, regardless of proof of delivery to the return address they refused to process my refund and have since blocked me from their instagram stories as some weird childish way of hiding?

the merchant is clearly some broke uni student or something who will send you petty damaged items in return for an exchange if you happen to ask for one, being so adamant to hold onto a day's wage is so ridiculous its very clear they will need it more than you do, I suppose it is a cost of living crisis

their customer service was far below par and they absolutely will scam you if given an opportunity. these good reviews are just some of the bunch who were lucky.
will be taking these fools to small claims because they clearly have no idea about consumer rights

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. Shoes are just like the photos and the delivery was really fast considering everything is handmade! Will definitely be buying the Tiffany pair 😁

Quality!

Dedicated has very high quality clothing. Fantastic items that are really creative and they provide excellent services! Will definitely be shopping here again.

I have been a customer here many times and the service has always been exceptional. The products come as advertised and look amazing. Being a customer here feels like being part of the family. Trustworthy, quick with no strings attached.
