Don't even bother, save your money and time
To be honest, I wish I could give 0 stars for my experience. I was looking for the Proactiv kiosk at the mall near my house and a lady came up to me and started to tell me about Deep Sea Cosmetics.I should have kept walking, but I did not want to be rude since they are only doing their job. I told her that I have acne and was looking for Proactiv since the product worked for me. The lady insisted that this product would work better than Proactiv and for me to try it. So I did and also looked for the Proactiv kiosk. Well, unfortunately for me, the kiosk was not there anymore so I tried their product. Well, the product did not work and I winded up with more acne on my face than before. I emailed their customer service and gave them all of the information. Did not hear back for almost 2 weeks. I emailed again and they said that they were waiting for the store to contact them and gave me the store's contact information that they claimed the store sent to them. Uh Huh, the information was bogus for the numbers were for FL residents and when I called, I was told that I had the wrong numbers. Really?????? So I emailed customer service again and even called them this time. I told them that I wanted to speak to the person that was in charge of refunds and that I wanted my money back. I have explained to them that the product did not work for me and that there must be something that can do when the product does not work for the customer. I get an email back from 'Supreme of Deep Sea Cosmetics' stating that they are sorry that the product did not work for me, but can not refund me my money. That is so crazy that you can not do anything, not a thing! I am not stopping until I get my money back. Again, I should have kept walking if I knew what I know now. I have learned my lesson and the next time a sales person tries to sale me something, I am going to keep walking since customer service does not care anymore to help their customers. All they want is to take your money and run!

Big Fan
Bought the Men's Hydrating Facial Cream because I was in the market for a moisturizer. It's a pretty fair price for such a high quality product, and I appreciate that it's catered to men. A lot of the nicer beauty/face products usually get aimed at women, and I'm not a fan of smelling like flowers or romance or spas when I just want my face to feel less rough and dry. Will buy again.

I've tried a handful of your products - and I must say - I'm Amazed !!
Especially the 'Black Diamond Mud Mask' is CRAZY good... :-)
But I also Looove the 'Hexalin Kit'....
