We are deeply disappointed by the misleading and unfair review left by this individual, especially considering the facts surrounding their case.
The patient was initially satisfied with their treatment and even thanked our medical team for the results. Months later, they returned with a cosmetic concern regarding the shade of a previously approved and cemented dental bridge. It must be clearly stated that this work was completed only after receiving written and verbal approval from the patient during their visit. In accordance with international dental protocols, no cementation is performed without the patient’s explicit consent and satisfaction with the final result — all of which is documented through photo and video evidence.
It is also important to highlight that the patient requested additional, non-guaranteed cosmetic treatments during their second visit. These were kindly provided without charging any extra fees as a gesture of goodwill. We consider this to be an extraordinary effort to help, not something to be misrepresented or criticized.
Despite our effort to provide fair solutions, including only charging for material costs in the final adjustments, this individual has chosen to portray a one-sided narrative, attempting to defame both the clinic and the agency that stood by them throughout their treatment journey.
Lastly, we want to underline that our clinic operates with full transparency, professionalism, and respect for patient rights. All our doctors are licensed, highly experienced, and work to the highest standards. Attempts to damage their reputations with baseless claims are unacceptable and may lead to legal recourse if continued.
