I have been ordering from this company for a long time now and so far , they have been brilliant no problem whatsoever! Very happy with their service!

The guys are always helpful and friendly and willing to have a chat.ive always found them to be genuine and give honest advice. I brought a drum magazine from them a while back and i broke the jst plug off the battery pack.i emailed them to ask if I could buy a replacement and they told me to send the battery pack in and they would fix it free of charge.

ive bought from defcon several times and everything is good until you need a refund

as soon as you need to cancel and get a refund things didnt go well and i had to chase twice to get my money back

i was told everything was underway and it wasnt, of course you only see things arent moving after youre told “it will take a week blah blah” - chased a third time and within a few hours paypal showed a refund.

we are not talking a small amount either.

quick to take but sloooow to refund. sort that and i may return but until then im holding off.

Bought my first airsoft gun and kit from them a while back, and other purchases and received brilliant service on all occasions.

Recent communications with them regarding a new gun enquiry and they couldn't have been more helpful if they tried, very nice people, great company to deal with.

Bought a pistol from these guys at a great price but a problem developed after first use (it worked fine out of the box). Fast comms by email (Phones can get busy) they apologised and had replaced it with a new one in a matter of days. Cannot fault them, now my go to store. Other Airsoft retailers could learn a thing or two from this experience I've had nightmares with patrolebase before when stuff goes wrong

Wouldn't reccomend, bought a shotgun which didnt work, company trying to get out of the refund by saying I used metal bbs, wouldn't use. Report submitted update. Just to confirm no metal bbs were used by me! I dont such a thing, since submitting this review I have had the replica returned, now it works as it should, beforehand both shells were leaking, I dont blame the company for this but the manufacturer, however the company tried to get out by saying I used metal bbs. However they did fix it...

Had a problem with emails not being received but it was dealt with as soon as they knew about it and everything from there ran smoothly. Quick shipping too

I sent back my RIF as it was faulty and they received it on the 11/2/25. i heard nothing from them so i contacted them a week later, they stated it was a Mosfet issue and they were waiting for an alternate or upgraded part to arrive.
After hearing nothing again i contacted them on 13/3/25, they apologised and said they were having issues getting a good mosfet for these RIF's and are waiting on a new batch.
Again i heard nothing from them so i contacted them AGAIN on 10/4/25, this time they stated it was an electrical issue and they had had to send the RIF back to the supplier but they would chase them for an update.
AGAIN i heard nothing from them so i contacted them YET AGAIN only to be told they were waiting for test results to see how the issue came about.
Not once have they offered information without me having to get in touch and i feel i am just being fobbed off all the time with stupid excuses. They have now had my RIF well over 4 months and im utterly disgusted with the level of service and lack of interest in sorting this issue out. They have also completely ignored my request for a refund! My last email stated the following:- "Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is faulty/doesn't match the description therefore i would like as Refund! My request has been ignored and i still dont have my money or my RIF.
DONT purchase from this company because it is months or needless hassle if you get a faulty item and they couldnt care less!!!!!!!!!

Defcon is mint i love the range Tokyo marui guns for such a good price compared to other companies. It's the best Airsoft shop I've been to, the staff are very kind and reliable they also helped with most of my questions and even gave me a free pack of haribo's👍🤣 I would recommend anyone else to go here

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Defcon Airsoft. After initially agreeing to a price match, the subsequent evasion of phone calls and emails has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Despite our agreement, Defcon Airsoft failed to honor the price match commitment, and my attempts to address the issue through phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill promises reflect poorly on the reliability of their customer service.

I expected better communication and integrity from Defcon Airsoft, and this experience has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the company. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others considering purchases at Defcon Airsoft.
