Horas de fecho de Bolsas erradas no site da DEGIRO
A DEGIRO ao não prestar informação correta sobre os horários de fecho da Bolsa XETRA e processamento de ordens, fez-me perder um dividendo bastante importante.
Me expliquem como é que é possível a DEGIRO me processar uma ordem de venda de 50 ações da 'MERCEDES-BENZ GROUP AG' ISIN:DE0007100000 da Bolsa alemã XETRA às 17:35 do dia 7-5-2025 sendo que no site da DEGIRO diz que a mesma bolsa de valores fecha às 16:30 (hora portuguesa)?
Agora meus caros vou perder o direito ao devido dividendo que tem por data de ex-dividendo amanhã, dia 8-5-2025, graças à vossa informação errada.
A Mercedes-Benz Group AG agora não me irá retribuir o dividendo que tenho todo direito a receber, devido à falta de informação importante!
Liguei para a assistente, logo me disse que a responsabilidade é minha e eles nada têm que ver com o assunto. Descartaram logo responsabilidades. Falta de consideração.

Plain vanilla ok; otherwise no ...
DeGiro seems to be a good platform for plain vanilla trades.
But I recently bought puts on the S&P 500 and they struggled:
- my orders disappeared with no explanation
- when I did manage to buy, the prices are wrong and the P&L on one position is showing market value minus 20 cents
- there are many P&L calculations and it's unclear what each means, so I have to do the calcs manually in Excel
- Support is slow with poor follow up
Today, they are showing a decline in US markets after a close where they increased.
