To be avoided
Ordered tiles from this company, when they arrived it was clear some of the tile's were loose under the cling wrap. It was only when I removed the cling wrap from the pallet, that I could see one of the cardboard packs on the tiles was broken down and two of the three tiles in the pack were chipped, the tiles in this broken down pack were also very dirty and had what looked like dog crap on them. This pack looked like a pack that had been previously returned, not like the rest of the packets of tiles. The tiles were also advertised as porcelain but the packaging said ceramic. Got in touch with the company but didn't get any where. The manager rang me and stated the chipped tiles would be cut up anyway, this wasn't the point. When you pay €120 for a pack of tiles you don't expect them to arrive chipped. He said he packed that shipment himself and they left perfect, the photos say different.
