We’ve been working with DelGate Logistics for over 2 years managing our Costco Canada shipments. Their Vancouver and Toronto warehousing strategy allows us to position inventory efficiently and reduce transit times across the country. Their team understands retail compliance, routing guides, and tight delivery windows.

I ordered a sectional sofa online and the delivery was handled by DelGate. I was pleasantly surprised by how organized the process was. I received tracking updates and could actually see where the truck was. The delivery team arrived within the scheduled window and carried the sofa inside carefully.

We’ve been working with DelGate for about a year now. Overall the experience has been very positive. The biggest benefit is that they manage everything from warehousing to final mile delivery which makes logistics much easier for a growing ecommerce brand.

We started as a small Shopify furniture brand selling locally in Vancouver. Shipping nationally seemed impossible because traditional freight carriers were too expensive and unreliable for residential deliveries. DelGate helped us solve that problem. They store our inventory and manage deliveries to customers in cities like Toronto, Calgary, and Montreal. Their two-man delivery teams are professional and the live delivery tracking is fantastic.

The live tracking feature made the delivery much easier to plan for.

Don’t bother working here if you want to work like a slave go ahead! Went for a interview the lady I was talking to said 26 to 28 an hour and when I asked the manager how much an hour he said we don’t play hourly we pay by delivery 9 bucks 😂🤣 I was like so how many deliveries do you get Monday to Friday he said 20 so I was like I’m only making 180 bucks a day till I finish my delivery’s could take anywhere between 8 to 12 hours ant that some bullshitt !

Very difficult to work with and misleading.

The company initially performed well; however, after two months, it experienced a decline in service characterized by slow response times, lack of replies, and inflated invoices with questionable Excel sheets and receipts. There was no need to dispute Daniel and his wife, who handle accounting, as their greed was obvious. After complaints about poor service, I received a fraudulent invoice, resulting in a loss of USD 4,200. The company did not take responsibility. Additionally, after the conflict in Israel, it seemed that, because of my Jewish background, they began to feel the need to withdraw from the situation. I lost a total of $10,000 USD. If you want to lose money with fake invoices, poor service, and discriminatory charges, this is the right company.

We engaged Delegate Logistics as our 3PL provider, but unfortunately, our experience was consistently problematic. In our case, the services delivered did not match what was initially discussed and agreed upon. Rather than accommodating our operational needs, we found ourselves being pressured to change our workflow to fit their internal systems.

Timely shipping was a major issue throughout. In our experience, shipments were regularly delayed, and promised deadlines were missed. This led to several disruptions with our customers, which negatively impacted our business operations.
We were also encouraged to use Delegate’s in-house delivery service, which we found to be more expensive and less reliable than other available options.

Additionally, the invoicing process was frustrating. We encountered numerous charges that were unexpected or not clearly outlined in advance, sometimes adding thousands of dollars to each invoice. it often felt like invoices were based more on the nature of your relationship with them than on their actual published price list .

Overall, this partnership cost us time, money, and customer trust. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable and transparent 3PL services.

Do not trust DelGate. They are highly unprofessional and the staff is rude.

I have worked with this company for four years. My company was growing and couldn't manage its deliveries or operational costs, so a 3PL company was the best way to cut costs and consolidate. Freight was costly, but they have fulfilled my requirements and have an easy-to-use platform.
