May 2026: I wish there was a zero star rating. Bought from this company and while products arrived in reasonable time, products are out of date (2025). Have tried to contact company twice - 1st by their email and second by their customer submit form on their website and have had no response. Wished I read the many reviews of similar problem before purchasing.

Received put of date product and product close to out of date.
Won't return emails. Phone number doesn't work.

Ok. So I am completely confused.
Having already ordered, I then found reviews here.
Tried to cancel payment but too late.
This was 2 days ago.
Imagine my surprise when the entire 5 flavours turned up today!
All dated 2026, so agreed a bit short dated but turned up in 2 days!
I have no idea why mine have turned up in 2 days while others on here have received nothing

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....Received out of date & short date products. No email response received where i requested replacement or refund. 2 emails sent & totally ignored.

Ordered 3 bottles of Deliciou seasoning only to find out 2 of them were out of date by 4 months. Emailed the company asking for a replacement and they have not responded. Very disappointed

I ordered 6 bottles of seasoning in August and did not receive them. The order cost $45 and I reached out to them multiple times with no response. They are still taking orders and people's money, but are clearly not delivering ANYTHING. What scam artists.

Ordered 5 from Australian store on 25th November 2025 as part of Black Friday sales. Soon after I received an email saying my order was received & being processed. All good so far. I then saw the avalanche of negative reviews on here and my stomach sank. My order seemed to be following the pattern outlined in all the recent reviews and I figured I’d blown my cash. I kept getting AusPost notifications stating the sender had created a label for my order, order on the way, etc but had no real hope anything actually arriving based on reviews. To my great surprise and delight on 1st December my order arrived in full with no problems at all. Tracked from start to end correctly by AusPost. I can’t speak to everyone else’s experience but thought it only fair I share mine as it was actually seamless. I love their products & truly hope whatever problems they were going through have been resolved.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering as I'm having the exact same issue(s). Money taken, product not receieved and no reply to multiple attempts via the bot, email, website etc.
I'm so disappointed as I rave about this product and will now need to search for a replacement.
Shame on the company for taking our money online and not delivering the goods.

Ordered on September 14th and still waiting for the delivery. I wish I had read reviews before handing over my hard earned money. Like many others, I have tried contacting the company several times without success so I will contact my bank to see if I can have my money returned. Very disappointing as the product was good.

Order didn't arrive after 3 weeks of waiting, sent emails, reached out on Facebook, to no avail on multiple attempts. Contacted credit card company for a charge back. Do not recommend, don't waste your time with deliciou.

An UPDATE re my review in June, the parcel has just arrived !!! I have to admit I was shocked but also pleased that I didn't ask VISA for a refund as I was going to.

SCAM - they have obviously gone bust and are taking orders and not delivering for the past year. Kjetil kj hansen CEO must be a real low life scumbag fraudster.

Order 1st august and still not sent, I have tried over 50 times to contact company but nothing, no reply at all.

Dreadful service, totally scamed

I have been waiting over six months for my order. Status shows received, they took my money then zip. Don’t respond to messages on any platform. Their product was great but I think they are now just scammers who take money and supply nothing.

Ordered early August, no tracking received, and no responses to multiple follow up emails as order has not been received, yet they happily took my money!
No phone number to call.
Do not purchase from this company!

Its been 3 months and my order has yet to be fulfilled although paid for. No response by email, no working phone number and the chat service on the website always says "be back tomorrow".

Same story as so many others here. I ordered in May of 2025. It is now mid- August and I still don't have my order. They happily charged my credit card on the day of purchase, yet cannot respond to any of my multiple attempts to settle this and get a status update or a refund.
HOW IS THIS COMPANY NOT BEING PROSECUTED BY THE AUTHORITIES???? WHY IS THIS WEBSITE STILL UP????

DO NOT purchase from these thieves !. Place order and paid. Product was never shipped and total refusal to respond to either chat bot or email messages . Eventually bank graciously refunded money and proceeded to get the money from Deliciou . Had purchased before and good product but clearly no longer operating but still taking orders and peoples money , absolute dogs !.

They take your money and don’t ship anything. They also don’t respond to emails when you complain about not receiving your item. They are still taking orders and people’s money. I was finally able to get a quick refund by contacting PayPal and filing a dispute.
