Poor quality pizza at Pizzahut Wickford.and poor quality customer service. Promised refund and still not recieved and had my genuine review removed from google for being faaakr even though I had pictures. I have now uploaded the receipt to prove it’s genuine. Discussing behaviour.

Pizza hut (Kingswood Bristol) would put minus stars if I could absolutely awful, first of all they said it had arrived on the updates through ordering online, but it hadn't so I phoned to ask where it had been left and was told very rudely that the delivery driver was just leaving and then hung up on me, when it arrived it was cold and had hardly any topping which was disappointing considering it was only a margherita supposedly with extra cheese, I will not be using pizza hut again.

I visited Pizza Hut on East Prescot Road Liverpool 13 this evening 25/4/2026. Ordered a Large Pizza to take out which the gentleman who served me stated the order would be ready in about 10 minutes. After 15 minutes a femal assistant asked me what I had ordered. I confirmed my order but the assistant said it had not gone through. It was paid for by debit card which I received a receipt. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the one Pizza which several delivery people having been served before me even though arriving much later. I found tyhis level of non-service to be absolutely abysmal. I was warned about this establishment by a friend who also had to complain about poor service but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wish I hadn't bothered, I could have driven to a Dominos outlet miles away and been served faster than this useless outfit. Not impressed at all.

Visited Edinburgh restaurant, Food ok, heavily reduced menu, no edge bites no Korean BBQ dipping sauce for wings no proper BBQ sauce was given a fresh bottle of Heinz BBQ sauce for the wings, fizzy pop machine was broken(since the Monday) no prior notice before booking not told as we were seated we were there Wednesday was offered water or Fanta from a 2l bottle on a table just past the salad bar, the store is very dated paint work dirty and walls have missing plaster on the corners of them, floor was clean at the time of our visit, toilets were fairly clean but need more attention to cleaning staff disinterested in guest experience but fast to remove plates, it's a real pitty but I doubt I would use this location anytime soon

Pizzas were delivered quickly, were piping hot and tasty. Driver, Allam (from Enfield) was very friendly and polite.

Consistently disgusting customer service from kings heath birmingham branch, I've never experienced such rude individuals I've handed money over to. I belive it's because they are a franchise and think the are a law onto themselves and they are well aware customers have no real way to complain which is something I'll be looking into! Its not really possible to make a complaint from what I can see online and this shouldn't be allowed with such a big chain. Being rude to people and saying "what do you want me to do?" When they've got your order wrong is unacceptable and they don't respect the public at all. They have charged me for something they didn't deliver, hung up on me and denied it when I called them so will be contacting trading standards and visiting the store in person tomorrow for a refund. Pizza hut delivery and in general should be investigated in this country regarding their complaints procedure, customer service, staff conduct or lack of it.

Had a great time at pizza hut Coventry today .your staff helped me find a wheelchair friendly table. Alicia, one of the management team couldn't do enouth for my wife and I. Fully recommend this restaurant to any disabled customers

Order never arrived and now can't get my money back.... Shocking customer service!

Rewards Scam

Had 8 slices of rewards new system has removed and deleted all of them. Nothing but over priced soggy scam.

Absolutely disgraceful service from Pizza Hut. Spent over £80 on an order and they couldn’t even provide something as basic as dips. It’s unbelievable.

You can walk into almost any pizza place and spend £5 and they’ll at least give you dips with your food, but somehow Pizza Hut can’t manage that after taking over £80 from a customer.

BIRMINGHAM BULLRING - The worst manager a company can ever wish for. Zero customer skills. Zero intelligence. Treated a group of young girls awfully with zero respect. I was with them as a mum. Date of incident 14/03/26 5:30pm. Disgraceful

Just ordered pizza hut pizza for the first time in a while.
Used to love it as a kid, a nice family evening out and really enjoyed the food.
Move the business on 30 odd years and the utter rubbish they are peddling now. Talk about shrinkflation, lank thin pizzas, the skimpiest of toppings, tiny cookie doughs. Just awful value for money. Won’t be doing that again! They deserve to go to the wall if this is the best they can do.

I paid for additional toppings and I didn't get any extra cheese, no Crispy Bacon, no Kimchi.....Korean BBQStandard is not hot at all, just sweet. And it's not the first time

i have to say the miller & Carter has to be better value for money than pizza hut what a rip off that is, its all done via a QR code and i saw on my bill one pizza was £49.00 and even then the bill was £102.00 for 2 people to have a pizza each a few sides and thats the last time i will ever go in a pizza hut what a rip off

Customer service is as good as their products.

Having received a “request for feedback” and including honest feedback on the order that was a) wrong and b) of poor quality I then got a contact asking if I’d been contacted. I had indeed but merely an”thanks for your feedback”.

Would appear Pizza Hit don’t really care about customer service. I’m pretty sure there are many much better alternatives

Recieved an email from Pizza hut to use my rewards before February, went to use them and the rewards page is greyed out and will not let me use them. No wonder they are struggling...prices rise, smaller pizzas, and poor rewards programmes....

They could not fulfil my order due to a lack of plant based cheese at the store. This is not the problem but my order was placed on the 27th December and it is now 12th of January and I have still not received my refund. Terrible behaviour. Effectively this company have just stolen my money and are not giving it back. I ordered at Papa Johns instead and received some lovely pizzas with plant based cheese on them.

Ordered a delivery of a pizza, cookie dough with ice cream a couple of days ago from pizza hut derriford in Plymouth. Around an hour before they closed. was told they were sending the delivery order to uber for some reason. Some time after uber contacted us to say 'delivery cancelled. driver couldn't complete'. He hadn't even picked it up from pizza hut. Couldn't call pizza hut as by then they had closed. so they had money but we didn't have the order. called the next day in the morning and was told to call around 2pm as nobody would be in till then even though they show as opening at 11.30am. we called and there was a mumbled 'sorry' no offer of money back and was told the order would be delivered a couple of hours later. So we had the pizza the following day from when it was ordered. Then when it turned up it was the wrong pizza. Not the one I ordered and the ice cream was missing. Also not so much as a side to show how sorry they were for all the stress and messing about. Won't be ordering again from there.

Went to the shop in Thamesmead, stood around waiting for over 5 minutes to be served while the 2 staff members stood having a conversation, I assume not about work given the amount of swearing that could clearly be heard.

Not really acceptable language when you working in a store with customers and how about you stop the chatting and actually serve people.

We gave up and walked out, no wonder Pizza Hut are closing stores if this is how you treat customers
